Self-Taught Artist Captures The Connection Between Humans And Nature In Self-Portraits
I am Annija Veldre from Latvia, a 21-year-old self-taught artist. I take creative fine art photos and Photoshop manipulations to capture the essence of beauty in the connection of human, nature and animal.
I get my ideas from everything and everywhere, I just keep my mind open at all times. It’s interesting that it takes me 10 minutes to shoot the material but about 5 hours to put it together in Photoshop. I love nature and the wonders of it, so I try to incorporate animals and nature in every photo, exploring a simple beauty of life. It is also nice to create something that can’t really exist in real life, which makes you dream a little.

They remind me of my collages. You are using photos as collaging materials.
