In today’s society, women are expected to look perfect. They are expected to have a big butt, thigh gap, large bust, and the list goes on.
These things are virtually unattainable.
While we tell our girls that they are beautiful just the way they are, they are being suffocated by a society that tells them that they’ll never find love if they don’t look a certain way. That they’re worthless if they don’t change.
We need to stop this.
We’re not Barbie dolls, generic, plastic, and exactly the same. Everyone is different, and that’s the beauty of it. Your personality is more important that your body shape. Social media has switched this around, editing and changing pictures to trick us into thinking that these people are perfect.
Some people are skinny. Some people are large. None of that really matters. It’s who you are inside! Tell someone that they are beautiful today, not because of how they look, but because of who they are. YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL.
