Hey Pandas. We've all hard dead-end relationships at one point. What is the most outrageous, weird reaction you got after ending it with a significant other?

I had the worst reaction, actually. I went in the garden and let out an almighty scream and grabbed. Plastic chair and threw it to the other end of the garden.
Then I went to the pharmacy, bought a maxi box of ibuprofen and called the Samaritans telling them I just wanted to end it.

PS: he wasn’t worth it.

Glad you didn't take the plunge. I've been there too. I'd dumped him for the billionth time and just couldn't take his constant BS so I took a bunch of pain pills. Christmas Eve 2007. Woke up Christmas morning so surprised. I was a messed up teenager.

He said “we were dating?” And I calmly walked back to my mom’s car, climbed in, sat 3 hours until she was done, and when we got home I waited until she went inside. Then I (in typical dramatic teenager fashion) hugged a tree and cried like my world was imploding. I was 12 years old. He was 16 years old. Friend’s older brothers are ALWAYS off limits. And no, you’re not “mature for your age”. I learned so much from that experience. Just not enough to avoid repeating it. That came many years (and broken hearts) later.

Omg it sucked! It actually had been a month or two after and it was my first long term relationship so it was taking me a while.

I was still friends with my ex-boyfriend on Facebook and he was tagged in a photo with the girl he had always said was "just a friend". I go to his page and his relationship status was changed to 'in a relationship' with her.

When I saw the picture (them two all dressed up attending a wedding with her hand on his knee; both 'glow' smiling) I had a very painful visceral reaction. I was so upset I got up and slammed my body to sit down on the end of my bed and broke a pair of my favorite sunglasses.

I remember immediately getting a beer. What sucked more was I was casually dating someone at the time. We both just got out of long-term relationships and were taking things slow. Dude ghosted me that very day and found out later that he got back with his ex-girlfriend when I saw them out together.

The whole thing really, really hurt and I went into a very embarrassing downward spiral. That was the lowest I ever had been (not going into detail but alcoholism was involved)

A few months later turns out little miss 'just a friend' cheated on him with someone he had considered a friend. He reached out to me for support saying that she sh*t all over his heart. That was a weird position to be in.
