Woman Suggests That A Female Joker Would Be A Convincing Character, And Men Lose Their Minds
Ghostbusters, Oceans 8, Dr. Who – female reboots are a phenomenon that men continue to lose their minds over, even when said in jest. There are some hardcore women in the comic book world but what would happen if one of the more iconic male characters was a woman instead? Well, as one writer on Twitter discovered it would lead to some classic male outrage.
It all began when writer Geraldine DeRuite took to Twitter and proposed that The Joker from Batman should have been a woman, and tied in a joke about some classic misogyny. Most of the men missed the joke and instead spared no time voicing their horror.
This writer took to Twitter to suggest an alternate plot for a female The Joker from ‘Batman’
And men proceeded to lose their collective minds
Geraldine was unphased and continued to taunt her haters
So more upset men filled her thread with comments
The back and forth between the OP and commenters went on
And even developed into a deeper discussion beyond comic book characters
One man joined the discussion to point out that her ‘outrageous’ idea had, in fact, already been done in the Flashpoint comics
Not appreciating the mansplaining, she had some more fun and made a game out of the comments

Share on FacebookI have nothing against the possibility of a female joker, but we already have Harley, who, in my opinion, is much better. ♥
Indeed. This whole, "We can't have cool female characters unless they inherit a character that is a male," Thing seems like not so so
Load More Replies...This is such a stupid thing to argue about. Why do people get so bent over someone's random alternate universe idea? Stuff like this is a dime a dozen in fandom. They should read more fanfiction, it might help to get the stick out of their a*s. PS: OP should have ignored them imo. There's absolutely nothing to gain by arguing with these types.
I'm old enough to remember when the Internet was new. I also remember logging in with a mostly female name and within minutes receiving nasty sexual comments and nasty put-down comments for daring to log into a male world. Telling a woman may not seem hostile and isn't high on the scale, but it is condescending, patriarchal, and assumes that a woman's feelings should be dictated by what a man wants. When you encounter it enough times in your life the hostility becomes really obvious.
Load More Replies...It's insane so many people apparently think it's fine and not rude at all to tell a complete stranger to smile.
Load More Replies...Ha! That smiling thing is really rude. And annoying. And unnecessary. If you want to "cheer someone up". Say hello and give them a darn compliment.
"why she not smile on command? if she listened better she would feel better and thus look better by smiling"
Load More Replies...Wow I’m a male and I am appalled at how dumb some men can be They’re completely stupid and expressively sexist Sorry for all the women out there who have to suffer such stupidity
The same way men shouldn't tell women to smile, women shouldn't do it to men. And before anyone ASSUMES it. Not EVERY guy wants EVERY women's attention, especially some complete stranger. At the end of the day women can be just as creepy as men and the same way men need to respect women's space and feelings women should do the same for men. And you all shouldn't be ganging up on him for understanding something that's clearly going right over you're heads. Because if you're sister or mother told you she was having a rough day then got told to smile by some completely random guy on her walk home you wouldn't be too happy about it.

Growing up as a comic book fanatic in the late 70s and 80s, fans were decent, intelligent open minded kids that appreciated change and evolution of the art form. Now we have this small army of whiny douchebags that hate troll anything doesn't feature only white, hetero men. They're a disgrace to comic/sci-fi/fantasy fans everywhere.
Yeah, great, but what breed of dog? (am I doing this right?)

It is wicked f*****g annoying to constantly be told to "SMILE" by people. Just saying.
It is also wicked f*****g annoying to be constantly told "you're mad" by people just because you disagree. They already have a female Joker and she didn't need to be a misandrist to be a good character. That's the point.

That weak male with the ‘ Kill Face’ twitter name is the one who’s f****d in the head. First of all, ‘kill face’ alone, for a name on twitter says enough about his lack of maturity and his fragility since he wants to seem tough so bad— a person who isn’t f****d in the head wouldn’t be so hellbent on wanting to seem tough. But beyond that, that moron couldn’t comprehend that she made a comment on twitter— as in, she isn’t really going to go on and on about all the various things that random males have irritated her with. And it all boils down to disrespect: a random person telling her what to do @telling a woman to ‘smile’. This is disrespectful. He dared to say that she’s being petty and pathetic, which tells me that he says that because he is one of those stupid males who tell a random woman on the street to ‘smile’. Would males want to be told what to do? No? This is exactly the point: it is insulting to be told what to do, let alone from a random person. His mother would be ashamed
As for ‘attention-whoring’— all those males who try to get ahold of a woman’s attention by making such or other comments to her as she passes by, those males are ‘attention-whoring’ since they’re the ones trying, disrespectfully, too, to have her attention. If an actual decent guy wanted to get to know a woman, he can simply write his number on a paper, give it to her, and go away [immediately] so that she feels safe. Since lots of males are stalkers, rapists, and killers (80% of murderers are male, and there are extremely emotional, weak, psychotic males who killed women who weren’t interested in getting to know the psychotic male— look it up on google— so it is a legitimate worry for a woman when approached by males, since insane s**t like that does happen to women by weak males).
Load More Replies...If we ignore all the discussion about sexism etc..., a female joker doing just that what she describes in her first few posts would actually be a REALLY good parody. I can imagine laughing my a*s off at that for at least 2 or 3 episodes.

You have to look at adjusted vs unadjusted gender pay gap still a difference but not as much. However in America general female medical expenses like paid maternity leave is terrible vs other first world countries
There is certainly a lack of quality time with their families for fathers. But yes, everybody is in arms about something like 3-4% of pay gap.

I was laughing so hard at the men saying that give me a smile is just a compliment and OH BOY was I triggered that don’t even know how bad they affect us. And ladies and gentlemen non-binary other genders this is why I’m gay
I think they don't get how many times we are told/commanded to smile by random people. If you read their comments they are offended, but then say 'I say this to my wife and she to me'. What the girl is complaining about is random people who basically order you to smile 'cause you got boobs. It's not about caring compliments or comments at all. And 100% agreed, if you find Killface, take me with you. I want to tell him to 'come on, pretty, why don't you just smile?' and then b***h slap him when he scowls. 'Nah baby, smile!' Slap 'I know you can, you'd be so much prettier!' Slap (hihihi. Ok. Ahem) sorry. Anyways lots of miscommunication there. At least the girl knew how to deal with all those crappy comments and have fun with it, right? I'd have been in such a bad mood with all those s**t comments missing the point and (again) telling/commanding her how she should be thankful for guys telling her to smile, I think all the guys around me would have suffered for months. Load More Replies...Reasons why this Joker idea doesn't work: 1) Joker has no known history. It's part of what makes him so horrifying. Nobody knows why he acts as he does. Attempts to give him a history (Even good ones like the 1980's burton film) are considered a weaker part of that joker. 2) Joker has no motivation outside of chaos and 'fun'. If he has a real objective, it's either abstract or can change on a whim. Neither of these would be the case if the Joker was the Joker because of snapping from sexism. 3) Joker is supposed to be unpredictable. I'm sorry, but a joker who is based on issues of sexism can easily be outmaneuvered and outsmarted due to being able to use those issues against them. None of these issues are to do with Joker being female. Plenty of female villains exist, even a joker as others pointed out. It's a weak villain idea that isn't interesting and too easy to overcome, preventing the idea from being popular to anyone outside of a feminist demographic.
Also, you want a female villain? Here you go....Harley Quinn; Poison Ivy; Baby Doll; Cheetah; Raven; Cheshire; Contessa; Doctor Poison; Killer Frost; Madam Rouge; Maxima; Talia Al Ghul; Nyssa Al Ghul; Plastique; Queen Bee (4 of them); Rose Wilson; Star Sapphire; multiple members of the Yellow Lantern Corps....and that's just from DC. From Marvel's side of things you got... Scarlet Witch; Phoenix; Electra; Mystique; Viper; Morgan Le Fay; Psylocke; Enchantress; Hela; Emma Frost; Lady Deathstrike; Madame Masque; Lilith; Lucia Von Bardas; Cassandra Nova; Supreme Intelligence; Madelyne Pryor; Callisto; Selene; Typhoid Mary; Proxima Midnight; And more. It's not like they're in short supply.

The person who tweeted that men were getting angry because she suggested a girl should be in comics; that isn’t the case at all.
2/4 There are a ton of strong female characters in comics, there was no need to and no point in, her saying that. It’s not just men who are vehemently against the idea. I’m a girl and I think having a female Joker is a terrible idea. Nowadays, you have to cater to absolutely everyone, which is just absurd. Why does there need to be a female version of everything?

Oh, these men. The ones who don't read. And seriously? If you're walking down the street and some stranger says 'smile'? Why the hell should we do this (I'm a woman)?? I should smile because someone's trying to cheer me up when they don't know me? Or perhaps this guy just tells women what to do all the time. And we should just do whatever any man should tell us to do.
I don't have a problem with the Joker being a woman. I think the problem is that she took it upon herself to make her Joker a man-hater. The male Joker doesn't hate women in general, I mean he has Harley. The Joker pretty much hates everyone and doesn't discriminate on who he kills. This woman wanted to get a rise out of the men by saying Lady Joker's main motivation was to go after men who done women wrong or don't view women equally. I can see where her point is going but in a way maybe her context about it was wrong? I don't know...I wouldn't create a gay Joker and have him only go after homophobes. I mean I would but I would rob banks and try to murder all of Gotham too! Lol. Her Lady Joker just seems one note or one dimensional if all she wants to do is punish men. I'm sure there are a lot of woman she's probably not to friendly with that her Lady Joker can go after too.
Yes, women can be horrible between themselves too. I agree with your premise. I still think she just imagined smiling all day excessively and her imagination provided a female version of the Joker, and that the post was mostly a revenge fantasy taken too seriously. But yes, the scope is too narrow, also revenge on all cheating husbands is too small for a supervillain. I can see though how hearing this too often would change you into a person who would smile maniacally and find those guys to scare them s**t less while saying I'm smiling now, aren't I pretty? Aren't you happy? But yes, those are initial steps, not supervillain steps.

Christine is the bomb! People (men) are so ridiculous. Talk about 1st world problems!
I never thought of this, a female joker with that origin story would be so badass!
I think it's ridiculous that so many people are upset at the idea of a super villain being a female, but don't mention the lack of originality -- for example, sequels, TV shows made into movies, movie remakes of other movies.
What’s really sad, like really really sad is these “men” do not sit back and look at what they’re actually saying. They’re saying and doing the exact things women continually complain about. Yet we’re the crazy ones?
This idea is not really new.. there is a female Yokai, a Japanese demon, called Kuchi-sake-onna, meaning woman with a cut mouth, who has a slit mouth like the Joker. Her mouth was slit by her lover, a samurai who was jealous when other men looked at her. Now Urban Legend says that she attacks people at night in the streets of Tokyo. So basically the Japanese did it first!
Okay so first and for most Flash Point Martha Wayne. Just look it up. An awesome twist on a female joker. Next thing is I suggest if she wants a female villain that will push for woman equally like leaking financial records and s**t she was suggesting you dont go Joker. His only real goals are to pester bat man. You go Lex Luthor. A Powerful rich female version trying to destroy the greed of male CEO's running the country. Destroying their business, promoting women, crumbling financial pyramid schemes and absorbing them into her ever growing empire. Much more believable. Over all this is just the rants of a women who is predigest against men. I think her bingo thing says it, because all men are Homophobic and Transaphobic.
I like the lex idea, but would love it to be a Gotham villain (so much darker than metropolis lol)...you could regender two face, that could be good...but maybe the whole 'sticking it to patriarchy thing' is something poison ivy and to a lesser extent catwoman kind of have covered?

No that wasn't in regard to the comic. That was in regard of her complaint of random dudes telling her to smile, and then all the guys telling her that it was all well meant and she should just cheer up. They got sidetracked from the comic part pretty quickly.
Load More Replies...Such a silly exchange. There was a female Joker in the DC universe - Earth-9 published in 1997. She was just trolling and being an idiot to push it. The guys were idiots for being too stupid and fragile. A female Joker would be quite a fantastic villain. What silliness on all sides
The whole 'smile' thing seems to be seen very differently by men and women. Guys seem to think it's okay, or means the same as 'cheer up', or 'I hope your day gets better'. Women see it as devaluing our emotions, and suggesting that we should put on the happy smiling face, either to look pretty for men, or to not trouble men with our dissatisfaction. Frankly, unless smiling is part of someones job (it is a requirement in some customer facing roles) or you're a photographer, telling someone to smile is condescending and annoying. If you want someone to smile, give them something to smile about. Tell a joke, pay them an honest complement, smile at them and say good morning.
lol i love how everyone got so freaking booty hurt about her IDEA and is completely against it. Its like the live action little mermaid war all over again..
THERE are no limits on fiction. I wrote the longest Batman fan fiction comic on the internet and it is a Christian Batman story. www.batman-d2k.com. There are no artistic limits on fiction. Make your joker anything you want him/her/it/them/we/she/they to be.
the fact that people literally got angry over her suggestion is just ridiculous lmaooooo fragile people everywhere
Ok I read this months ago etc why is this amongst the "latest posts"
she's not wrong, if woman get a penny every time she's told to smile, she might have enough to cover gender payment gap
There's nothing really offensive about her idea, it's just really bland, self-indulgant and cliche. The fact someone thought this whole thing was interesting enough to write about speaks depths about vapid online writting has become.
i'm a woman and i agree she's just spouting b******t. it's a good idea, just the way she phrased it and the way she responded to her "haters" was petty, childish, and gross.

Low key it's just not a good origin story for a super villain. Bland and boring.

Dear women, if you like murderers so much, then take me. I have no problem at all with killing someone.
This thread, itself shows how f****d up our society is. And why jokers are born. She just suggested a timeline with an interesting story. I agree that she framed it in a manner which implies replacing the original joker character or harley quin or something, and without knowing about the existence of flashpoint probably. Still, that was just an idea. What's the point of arguing so much? Martha becoming joker is a very intriguing story no doubt, but DC has incorporated the concepts of alternate timelines and universes and earths, right? Imagine a female joker with her storyline. Not that bad right? Society is f****d up in ways we know but don't realise or accept, idk. This entire thread just goes on to point that out to an extent, ironically.
The reason for all this hate is shown in these replies. anyway the reason why a female joker would not work is because DC are PERVERTS and they will make so many gross things with it. im pretty sure batman has f****d almost every female villian and almost every female hero. and a female joker would be one of them. even if she gave them that idea it would still happen. OH and men bad woman good is unfair. women bad man good is unfair. we all agree with this. but when someone f*****g attacks another gender...THERE WILL BE WAR. dont be surprised when you get hate for ATTACKING THE OPPOSITE GENDER! it makes no sense! Also, why is a f*****g mans opinion/fact called mansplaining? where did that word even come from? (this is out of order my mind is all over the place) (uh oh i guess this is gonna be "mansplaining too>) Batwoman and Alice are literally counter parts of batman and joker. or not because arent they sisters or best friends or some s**t. anyway. counter parts. oh s**t im out of roo
I wouldn't say they "lost their minds," but they still shouldn't have responded in that manner. Still, Geraldine is also in the wrong for how she responded. Complaining about Joker being a cisgender white straight male does not make any sense considering it was 1940 when Joker was introduced. Alas, the concept is intriguing.
Geraldine is clearly the only hero I see here. Ironic how real life villain want-to-be are coming out protectively for their own character. These guys obviously feel they have darker issues than their manhood.
I think I love this Geraldine person. Her clarity of vision is spectacular.
I think her real motive for posting this was that she needed to do a head count of all the angry, impotent incels on Twitter.
"No woman could terrorise gotham" except you know.. Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy (coincidentially, Harley ditched the Joker for Ivy), Catwoman, Talia Al Ghul, Magpie, White Rabbit, Scorpiana... the list goes on. Guess that guy doesn't actually know anything about the DC/Batman universe outside of the (mostly godawful) movies, most likely.
Well actually.....the hysterics that the pencil-dicked whining incels are having over this are actually PROOF that a woman would terrify Gotham....because these losers are terrified at the very idea of a woman being an effective villain. They've shot themselves in the foot on this one. ...///... Plus...they've shown themselves as the cowardly pearl clutching wimps that we always knew they were. ...///... Bravo, Geraldine!
I don't see why people would get so mad at such a post that honestly had no negative aspect against anyone. Personally I prefer original characters in the way they were supposed to be, but developing new characters (men, women, etc) would be a brilliant way to expand the superhero type universe. Past heroes and villains are amazing, but I think it's time to move into new territory.
dont care if they make such a movie or comic, I dont have to read or watch it
All I have to say is Barry needs to stop messing up timeline with his flash points.
Personally I think a female Joker would be a brilliant idea, though her feminist angle on what the joker does is the frustrating thing. It's using a comic book character to make a political point, and I think that's where this has probably pissed people off. We could go into reams of discussion as to how accurate these sentiments are, and so on - but when you get down to it, a female sociopathic nutcase taking revenge on a city for perceived slights? I don't see how that's hard to get to grips with. The character *shouldn't* be rational or logical. And I think that's where the original poster got it wrong.
Basically the OP felt like one huge trolling exercise (which clearly succeeded very well, maybe better than she'd hoped). People simply shouldn't have bitten on the petty side of it, but it could have led to a really good debate about the character and viability. Shame she went into it that way, and divebombed the conversation before it started :(

Why is everyone glorifying this lady? Yes, it's true, most of replies to her may have been unnecessarily mean, but.... The gender swap has already been done, and her approach on it was an insult to the original character, because of how one dimensional it would be. Some of the replies (specially the first one, by Tristan), made a lot of sense. So... why is she immediately recurring to the "go to" SJW insults (misogynist, blah blah), or flat out ignore when she was being told the truth? In the end, she's just another representation of how everyone in this current society demands respect, yet does nothing but spread hate.
Hi, I think it's because the discussion derailed from being about comics in about 45 seconds. I think she had a revenge fantasy, and guys took her comments personally and got offended. It went down hill from there.

One thing I can't understand is that... Why not we just create new heroin instead of trying to gender swap the existing one? If you really think and is confident that it is a great idea, a new heroin would do just fine instead of gender swapping the existing one, riding on the pre-existed fame and then call herself awesome.
Agreed, only o think it stopped being about comics after 45 seconds and became about angry people

Batgirl and Batwoman already exist. They're not Bruce Wayne, though.
Load More Replies...No you dumb b***h, no one lost their mind because of a fictive female character. They got annoyed by the pretense and stupidity of the poster. Female characters exist in comics, and books, and movies and etc. etc. There is no villain group of men that plot to hold you down. And what the hell is mansplaining anyway?
#3 the people who got most upset angry and mean., they didn't even reference the comics or such. You. Can see the comments from the comic lovers reacting to each other and talking about characters, not attacking her. I think if everyone reacted like that she might have even learned something cool and interesting and have a few new things to read. But others got offended and it stopped being about comics and became more about insulting everyone and thereby winning and being right (raspberry), while using the excuse of her posting as a way to rant. Now, I know we don't know each other, and I'll give you that the poster probably only saw the movies and didn't know about all the other characters. However what could have been a talk about comics and films where fans shared knowledge became an insult train. Is there a way you could edit the dumb b***h part? Not knowing something doesn't make you dumb, it's just something new to learn. And she already got insulted for so much?

Whatever it is, you'd think after all this violence you'd learn to respect a little more. Good god.
It sounds stupid and small. But you have to realise we hear this so many times from so many guys, and it's not kind, like 'I bet you'd look great smiling', but an order from a******s, who think women should do as told. And we hear this our entire lives from people we don't even know.

Given the chance let's re-imagine Wonder Woman as a Russian transgender man that grew up in Vladivostok and gained powers because of excessive vodka drinking. Also Storm from X-Men should be an albino cross dresser German man who can't summon a storm but only can cause sunny days which causes an internal fight with his abilities and his condition and because why not? And Captain America should be played by an Asian because Asia starts and and with an "A" just like America does. But without a shield because that is too manly, a fgull body mirror would be fine.
That would be so cool. Wonder Woman already has those big shoulders, Storms powers could be "mad" at him and work at cross purpose with him. If he's also an alcoholic, then it could always be sunny because he's always hung over. And I'm from Amsterdam in the Netherlands. I don't really understand why you need to subdivide people into african-americans/hispanic-americans/asian-americans. My parents are from Uruguay South-America, but I'm just Dutch. So an Asian dude as Captain America would be awesome
Load More Replies...Just make a new female character that's just as bad a*s as Joker, just her own unique role. Gotham has Harley, Selena Kyle & Ivy some great women of DC. So Joker really doesn't need this "female" switch. Jokers a cool guy, but not that great. He's a prick who abused Harley non stop & had an obsession with Batman. ... I feel like the men really defending this article probably along the lines of an abusive a*s themselves.
You know, if they genderswapped Joker they would probably change a bunch of things of the storyline to match the new origin. Also, there ARE women out there who are pricks and abuse their SO non-stop while being obsessed with other things/people, it's not just something that men do.

There is certainly a lack of quality time with their families for fathers. But yes, everybody is in arms about something like 3-4% of pay gap.

'Nah baby, smile!' Load More Replies...Reasons why this Joker idea doesn't work: 1) Joker has no known history.

Make your joker anything you want him/her/it/them/we/she/they to be.

she's not wrong, if woman get a penny every time she's told to smile, she might have enough to cover gender payment gap
There's nothing really offensive about her idea, it's just really bland, self-indulgant and cliche. The fact someone thought this whole thing was interesting enough to write about speaks depths about vapid online writting has become.

But why??!!! Is this even a thing? Who cares? How about storm being a man? It is as is, stop making such a thing about nothing. Don't give a s#%t if male or female, the character is a man because it was so, move on...
this idea is cat-woman in a nutshell. she is literally the DC embodiment of feminism
I reckon poison ivy lol. Catwoman lives up to her namesake in that she looks out for herself in regards to her escapades (speaking in generalised terms). Poison ivy loves to control men, mess with the rich and powerful etc...the lady with the toxins kiss, perfect metaphor for any heroine to be avenging women so to speak
Load More Replies...Weird. The joker is a total amoral monster. Male or female wouldn't matter, Joker just lives to cause as much chaos and harm as possible because Joker finds it hilarious.
The important thing would be to give the character a solid background.
Load More Replies...Imagine Wonderwoman as a man instead. Instead of being raised on an island full of woman he is raised on an island full of men.
I actually think this would be an interesting Idea, other than it would most likely be more of a Spartan story rather than a greek god, and thats only because i cant think of any greek gods that would train men in the same way as wonderwoman, but thats just me. Interesting choice for a genderbend though.
Load More Replies...Only insecure men have fragile egos. Most men don't care about this.
Load More Replies...The female Joker is Harley Quinn. We need to stop this insanity with shoehorning genders into roles they have no business in solely for the sake of making sure nobody gets their fragile feelings hurt and everyone gets an emotional participation trophy. I'm female and even I'm rolling my eyes at this nonsense.
Jeez woman chill out. Everyone EVEN MY SISTER can agree that a woman joker would be insanely awful. That's why it was a minor twist in flashpoint. You're just Triggered feminist. I think women should have rights in power and voice, just as much as men. But someone speaks up, and tries to have more power then they have the right to, boom. Here you are
Does no one see the irony here? And... this is why Trump exists in office. You can't have a figure head with followers. The worse part is the way 'Panda' captioned it. You can almost hear the man-splaining
Okay, I don't follow your comment at all. Could you please elaborate?
Load More Replies...Where is the females that disagreed with this chick??? Oh thats right because we HAVE to show that men are evil. Also WE HAVE HARLEY QUINN a.k.a. a FEMALE JOKER!
Hi, ehm, there's a girl called amina hays that disagrees with her. I think this was never about comics but a reveng fantasy and a lot of miscommunication. That enough?
Load More Replies...Make up your own villain, stop asking for changes to the ones that exist just because.
People "lose their minds" because what's the f*****g point? Changing characters genders is just dumb. I don't mind it, if it's done good, but again, why? WHY?
ooorrr... maybe ppl can just ... i dunno... write their own stuff instead of hijacking/co opting someone else's creativity because they're too lazy/stupid to come up with anything good... i am a woman... i have been a gamer and comic book fan my whole life... old skewl d&d ... with dice... i'm disgusted at how lazy and stupid ppl are that in order to have anything they have to take it from others and completely ignore storyline, character traits, character's sex- so they can be like 'meeahhh if you don't like this then ur a nazi woman hater'... so effin sick of ppl... grow up... write ur own c**p or stfu about muh representation...
To paraphrase Batwoman: "I'm not going to let a woman take credit for a man's work.''
Clearly Geraldine is just a bitter man hater who seems to put in a lot of time to go out of her way to try and p**s people off. Great productive way to spend your time lol pathetic man hating c***s are everywhere.
This c**t is just a bitter man hater, suggesting that men actually do and say these things in 2019.
The joker is a male character. Stop changing the sexes of existing characters and create new ones.
Comics, STEM and anything making big money needs more women. Construction sites, warehouses and sewage cleanup are still safe, though.
Reminds me of a Quora question, written by an American woman: Why don't Romanians smile more ?
Load More Replies...oh please, if this was the other way around and I man was wanting to make a female character male, he'd be receiving non stop hate and insults from the feminist left (unless he made the character trans, cause that's more acceptable to feminists somehow)
I agree. So since we're women, which female character would you change into a male?
Load More Replies...I'm gonna get downvoted, but screw it. This woman is so determined to be offended, it's driving me nuts. Man or woman, you could identify as a dog for all I care, but just toughen up. Oh he told me to smile help pls. Oh some people of the majority responded to my post how very sad. They're the majority for a reason, theres a lot of them. All the equal pay and s**t I understand, but I'm not in the states so I don't get what the situation is down there.
Load More Replies...thes men are kid of stupid, dont they realise that they are being trolled
Load More Replies...A female riddler would be an interesting twist. You don't need to throw feminism into everything, sometimes a twist in the original tales gives it a good, fresh outlook.
How did men know Ghostbusters and Oceans 8 were bad before seeing them? Because sexist a******s absolutely flipped out well before the movies ever came out. Your absolute need to be contrarian is hilarious, and always serves to make you look ignorant.
