I guess if she had said "thank you" and turned the music down at last, it would have been right to say that he was kidding, but if it happened the way depicted here, I have a hard time feeling sorry. Not a believable story. The air personnel has all the flight info on the ticket and would not let anybody on or off the plane, without a proper ticket.

I don't think this is real. Since that woman already checked in to the flight to Tokyo, the airplane will not take off without her, especially if the woman's luggage is already on board. The result will be nothing but causing delay of the flight.

I had it worse: a man did the same thing. I saw it, worried that someone would slip on the poop and fall. I went to an airline staff person and reported it, keeping an eye on the poop-pile worriedly. She said, "Oh, we don't DO that." Period ! I asked another. Same result. So I grabbed some ticket folders and picked it up myself. We nurses are a pragmatic bunch!

we do not know what that woman is going through, she might have been into a heart breaking break up or just found out her husband has been cheating on her or whatever.. my point is everyone out there are strangers and not all people are very good in handling s**t they are going through, some just burst out their anger to anyone around them.. I just hope it's not a funeral she missed in tokyo..

I don't understand what the "unexpected twist" is? He told her flight was at another gate, she missed the flight to Tokyo. That's no twist, that's just the logical conclusion.
