Artist Shows What Her Daily Struggles And Life Looks Like In 30 Comics
Interview With ArtistHave you had that thought circling around your mind for days? Or maybe even years? An absurd notion that you're unsure whether to share with others?
This is essentially the focus of Liv, an artist who goes by the name "Comiclicious" on social media. She incorporates the silliest and funniest experiences from her daily life into her comics.
With that being said, Bored Panda reached out to Liv. First, we asked the artist about how she got started with comics.
"Ever since I was a child I’ve been surrounded by the comic books my father loved and I was fascinated by the illustrations I found inside."

So if a ghost disappears on someone after a date, would it be "humaning" them?
We were also wondering whether the artist was always making comics or if it was just something she started doing recently, and here's what she told us.
"Day-to-day life, struggles, and random thoughts that enter my mind are my inspiration. I am blessed to have very funny family members and friends. When we talk we go far and deep into our jokes and that often leads me to get some ideas for drawing. They are my biggest critics as well."
For a lot of aritists art is something that was present with them throughout their whole lives, we were curious what was the case with Liv, and here's what she told us, "Art has always been a big part of me. I drew since early childhood and my mom still has my first 'drawing' from when I was 2. I never went to art school, instead, I studied physical chemistry in college, but illustration has always been my way of making my friends giggle, and making nights spent over the books more fun."
Tbh only a misogynist really cares about a woman's body hair. Men who give unshaved women a chance don't regret it and enjoy the softness.
I think someone stole my ‘give a f**k’ when I was born… ah well, I made it this far, let’s see the next stop on the crazy train!!!
It's me most of days now. Why tf women are expected to while men keep parading with forests of hair😡
I think the first one is true once you start loving yourself. I see my leg hair and stretch marks as a sign of maturity, and having them gone would feel off. It is not a symptom of "no f***s given" mentality, but an outcome of slowly overcoming societal pressure and putting myself first. I often put much work into choosing my attire, and leg hair completes the female physical expression I picked in such a way that I feel confident and proud of my overall looks. It is a wonderful feeling, to go out with no body shame, to know that I finally possess many of the physical aspects I find insanely charming on other girls.
A lot of people enjoy the work Liv puts out, we were curious about what it was like to have such a motivating audience.
"Thank you, that makes me very happy to know you guys also appreciate my comics. For the first two years, I drew my comics with my finger on my phone and people didn’t mind. I was reluctant to share my comics because I was very shy about letting so many people inside my brain, and it still sometimes makes me panic a bit. However, every time someone smiles or even passes a small amount of air through their nose because of one of my comics I feel that what I do has a purpose."
Lastly, we decided to let the artist share her additional thoughts with all of you Pandas.
"I’d like to say I’m truly thankful for any person who supports my art in any way (be it likes, shares, commissions, etc.) My hope is to be a speck of good mood on the day of any person who stumbles upon one of my comics."
Seize those moments with both hands and you can somehow keep your life together.
I have very curly hair and either of these would be an improvement from my hair drying naturally
This website really needs a block/report option lol this post is littered with a nasty troll
Noooo I laughed my a*s off reading his replies better than the comics themselves
Load More Replies...Love your amazing humor of our real lives drawn to very relatable faces and feelings. I think everyone of your comics here, are or have been a day in my life at one time or another. And i giggled, out loud, a lot. Thanks
I like the art, but the overall style and writing for the comic is like “hi guys I am so hit with the kids” and abit cringey, just my opinion. no offense!
