How to avoid negative thoughts by keeping your self busy & if there is no one to vent/talk to then write all your feelings at that point of time

To vocalize what you are feeling.
For me that meant not guilting myself into hiding how I felt but coming clean, even if it felt like I was "betraying" someone else. If my older brother made me feel worthless, even on accident, I needed to say that.

There is no need to feel guilty over what you feel, but you also don't need to follow those feelings either.
