Create an extruded, frosted plastic three-lobed lens that snaps over a simple metal channel with tabbed-on and slotted endcaps to exclude bugs from the LED strips. Look up in any Target store in the US - I designed those LED relight kits - all 2+ million of them, and have the design and method patents. All the pieces really did come together in my mind one evening in the shower - wasn't even thinking of it consciously! IMG_0750-6...aef320.jpg
