1) Warm Milk before bed - it sends me straight to sleep
2) Cuddly toys - I still got dozens from my childhood, and can’t throw them out because of how soft they are or the memories associated with them.
3) An early bedtime ;)
4) Hot-Wheels/Diecasts - I collect the realistic models (models of real cars) - some are surprisingly realistic - and look nice on the shelf.
