What foods do you hate? You can write them down here.

Most of them. I am a super-taster and a super-smeller and most food are just gross to me. It turns out most picky eaters are one or both of these things. My top three most hated foods are: mayonnaise, onions, walnuts. I hate all vegetables except for yellow squashes and green beans. That said, I’m willing to try anything that passes a sniff test—my rule is “If it doesn’t get past my nose, it doesn’t go in my mouth.”

I agree. If it doesn't get past my nose, it doesn't go in my mouth either. I will try almost anything that smells good as long as it doesn't contain rice. Can't handle rice (or similar like risotto, cous cous etc), the texture makes me want to vomit.

I hate sooooo many foods, it is surprising I can eat anything. I have a few things that go against me though like I am lactose intolerant, suffer IBS, have sensory/textural issues, and oral allergy syndrome. I also have a fissured tongue, which makes me more sensitive to hot and spicy foods. My most absolutely hated foods are anything that uses creamy or cheesy type sauces, tuna mornay, alpaca burgers and rice.

I have a friend who had IBS for more than a decade, and it turned out she has a gluten allergy (Celiac Sprue). After she adjusted her diet, no more IBS.

Beancurd aka tofu it reminds me of old fashioned school erasers. If you like it though, beancurd from an Asian grocer is about one third of the price of tofu from a supermarket and both are exactly the same thing.

I only like hard tofu and I love to sauté it until it’s crunchy and then add a dash of soy to the pan just before I put it on my plate.
