We Made This Fun 2020 Calendar With Our Pets As Astronauts

Inspired to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing and the following cold war space explorations, in 2020 we introduce the journey from our pet astronauts.

Based in Berlin, a black cat, Clarinha, a Russian Blue cat, Tubarao, and Keta, a Shiba Inu dog, go on a romp in outer space, proudly representing their countries (as astronauts do!).

Based on a vintage risograph style that resurrects the ’60s printing production process that was prevalent at the time, the whole design centers around a nostalgic, retrofuturistic approach. The use of different typefaces for the inspirational astronomical quotes and duotone colors in unusual combinations brings a modern contrast to the work.

With a limited edition of 100 print copies that will be distributed just for friends worldwide… Maybe you will be one of the lucky ones!
