Sorry to tell you, but I see a lot of difference, if you look at this picture... You can say, that it is inspired by Harry Potter mandrake... As awesome as they are I see lots of copyright.. Shame to see crafters taking someones designs instead to just sticking to their own imagination :/

What do you mean you see lot of copyright? Maybe they are just into Harry Potter and want to share that love with other people by creating a cute figurine? It takes a lot of talent to make figures like that and I don't think you should bash them for being inspired by a movie/book series!
