If you are reading this, you probably saw some pictures of us. We are two friends—Ūla and Keksas. We live downtown in a tiny cabin near the river. More than a month ago we started sharing our story.
You might ask why? Well, during quarantine we got bored and decided to show our daily stories and discoveries to cheer you up. As you can see, we spend our days at home, just like the rest of the world. And we aren't upset that we can't go outside. It's just a temporary game, and we have to play by the rules.

Just Peace And Quiet
Sometimes, it feels like the quarantine has changed a lot of things, other times I don't even notice the quarantine. I think that everyone feels the same way like they're riding up and down on a rollercoaster. I really shouldn't have anything to complain about: I'm healthy, alive, and everything's fine.
Hello, Tomatoes!
Well, yeah, I don't go to work or to lectures and I completely dislike this whole social distancing thing. What I miss the most is my morning routine when I'd jump on my bike and pedal along forest paths to get to lectures or work. Now, I ride my bike less often. Of course, I miss normal life but this period has some positives, too.

I love not having to rush around like a headless chicken. I also stopped expecting quick results, like many of us are used to. We need to stand still for a bit and wait. When you're standing and waiting for something, you find the time to focus and to see details. For example, if it wasn't for the quarantine, we wouldn't even have Ūla and Keksas. It's neither good nor bad, but I'm glad that they appeared in my life.
