Two Suicide Survivors Started A Suicide Prevention Campagin Called “I’m Still Here”

Hi there! I’m Angelica, one of the co-creators of the “I’m Still Here” suicide prevention campaign! Last September, I wanted to create a video featuring my dear friend Jade who is a suicide survivor. We are both mental health advocates and strive to be open about our stories to spark hope in others. After some thought, we decided to expand the project and interview multiple surivivors. This turned into something beautiful and raw…

There are 4 ways you can join us and support our mission!!

1. Register today for the walk here: https://www.theovernight.org/

When you refer first-time participants to walk, you will BOTH receive a $200 credit towards your individual fundraising minimums. Put the name of your friend who referred you in the section when they ask about how you heard about the walk! You will also receive a $25 registration fee when they use the promo code FRIEND while registering. JOIN THE TEAM under “imstillherecampaign” team name!

2. Purchase some of our merchandise which were designed by mental health advocates here: https://imstillherecampaign.bigcartel.com/

ALL PROFITS WILL BE DONATED TO AFSP and distributed evenly to all our team members goals!

3. Donate what you can and spread the word! You can donate what you can here:

https://www.theovernight.org/index.cfm?fuseaction=donorDrive.team&teamID=11985

and pick a member to donate to under “Roster” tab ! Spread this video and our message to support as well!

It is a series of intimate interviews as survivors bravely share their journeys to recovery. This may be hard to listen to for some as we did not filter out any of the tough parts. That’s what makes recovery so tangiable. Being realistic, honest, and raw. We must acknowledge how hard the journey can be, but how you can grow to love life again.

We were overwhelmed with the positive response that we decided to embark on a new chapter of the campagin! It is explained all in this video below!

One of the ways you can support out mission is helping each of our team members reach their $1000 walking goal, which will be donated to AFSP. We had mental health advocates design two designs for this campagin. This floral design is done by Brynne Springer.

This mountain design was created by me! We have multiple options in merchandise so you can represent us if you can’t walk with us!

We have sweatshirts and all cotton tshirts! (with REALLY cool sleeve designs!)

We also have mugs, stickers, and totes! If you buy any merch, please take a photo and send it to us to be featured on our social media!!

THANK YOU for every single ounce of support you give us, for every effort you put into stopping suicide, for every $1, for every share, everything! It means the world to us and it will make a difference in the lives of others impacted by mental illness.
