We usually stay away from two-faced people, but there’s nothing more adorable than a kitty with two-toned fur. Recently, professional animal photographer Jean-Michel Labat shot Narnia, an adorable British Shorthair cat in its home in France, and the pictures are making headlines all over the internet.
Labat has purrfectly captured the unique looks of the feline which probably occurred early in its mother’s womb. Narnia was born on the 28th of March, 2017, and his breeder Stephanie Jimenez instantly fell in love with her blue-eyed sweetie. While the exact cause of this particular pet’s striking appearance is unknown, other cats with this mysterious look are known as chimeras. A feline chimera is a cat whose cells contain two types of DNA, caused when two embryos fuse together.

yes it's a male named Narnia, born in France at the cattery "Chatterie de la grâce" from a breeder called Stephanie Jimenez. He's one year old and the test are running to prove he is a chimaira. C'est bizare mais n'est ce-pas? Not meaning in any sense at all that Narnia is such a spectacular, wonderfully beautiful & mesmerizing kitty cat. And such a very rare chimera type. But that he is male is rare in it's self,;though not so unheard of genetically if he is unable to reproduce. Wow what a spectacular unique Cat his!!!

Yes, when I saw the first picture, I crooned, "Baby!!' I. AM. NOT. ASHAMED. That is a gorgeous cat. It's a cat that Tyrion Lannister should have. I especially love the photo where he is peeking over the side of the box.

Neighbor had masked cat from comics, eye mask, perfect for robbery and it was also acting like that, angry. Was so funny sight when he came to eat my cats left overs. then i moved and here was an activist cat, i got it to myself, what an irony, she has Black triangle scarf under her eyes to throat what you can see at demonstrations.

Gorgeous cat!! To those of you who complain about breeders: there is nothing wrong with careful, planned breeding of pedigreed cats and dogs. If there were no breeders, there would also be no more Maine Coons, British Shorthairs, German Shepherds, and Golden Retrievers. Blame the puppy and kitten mills, the backyard breeders, and the people who don't bother to spay/neuter their stray mixed breed animals. Conscientious breeders take great care of their animals.

Pretty sure that Photoshop had something to do with the eyes. Those are not normal cat eyes. Too perfectly round and look like cartoon cat eyes.

Not that rare. I've seen two or three cats with the same composition of genes. This one is gray and black, the ones I have seen were black and white. They are interesting to see, however.
