I am a student of Griffith University who produced a satirical series of images inspired by Chompoo Baritone as a reminder that what we compare ourselves to online is often a curated, cropped and framed highlight reel of reality.
I hope to draw attention to the normality which lies behind the curated posts that flood our feeds, so that the next time we find ourselves envying the person in activewear, we can just imagine a frozen pizza outside of the crop and move on.
