This Is My 3-Year Art Project “Twelve Olympian Identities”, Inspired By Greek Mythology!

Hello everybody!

The “Twelve Olympian iDEntITIES” (2014 – 2017) is a collection of twelve pencil & pen-drawn, A3-sized artworks, each of which visually narrates ancient Greek legends revolving around a certain god or goddess. The selected myths are reshaped in an attempt to reveal their true essence and timeless beauty. Deities, perceived as religious mixtures of appalling vices, controversies or underestimated virtues, are exorcised to the background, to highlight the real protagonists, Mortals, in divine moments. Through philosophical riddles meant to converse with the viewers, these pieces of art wish to focus on the consciousness of our acts and inspire our inner smile.

Hope you find them interesting & share your thoughts! Greetings from Greece!
