Guy Is Sharing Useful Tips He Wishes He Had Known Sooner, And Here Are 29 Of The Best Ones (New Posts)
Age equals wisdom, they say. And you can’t argue much. Just think of all the little things you had no clue about two days or two years ago. And we’re talking something seemingly insignificant, like correctly putting eyedrops in your eyes, tying trash bags and mastering zip lock bags. But boy, they make a difference.
And there’s a guy named Sidneyraz who basically won the internet for sharing these kind of tips and tricks with his huge audience of 3.3 million followers on his TikTok channel. Sidneyraz set out on a mission to “tell you things I didn’t know before I was in my 30s,” and so it’s basically an open offer to learn from his journey to know-how, aka slip ups, rather than learning them the hard way.
Below, we wrapped up some of Sidneyraz’s newest bits of advice, so scroll down and enjoy. Also, after you’re done, be sure to share more of his posts in our Bored Panda features here and here.

Powdered Sugar Is Just Regular Sugar Blended
I tried this with a flatmates blender years ago and a cloud of sugar came out the blender like it had caught fire. I utterly $hit myself thinking I'd written off her new blender and stuck to buying it pre-powdered ever since.
Sidneyraz decided to start his now-viral video series “things I didn’t know before I was in my 30s” after people really liked one of his first videos named 'Here's something you should know about being in your 30s. It's better than your 20s.' Many people found Sid’s content useful and relatable, and he immediately became a sensation. Now, Sid boasts a whopping 3.4 million followers and 98.4M total likes on his TikTok channel.

In a previous interview with Bored Panda, Sid told us that his most popular videos are ones that have to do with the most common items that people use. That includes things like travel pillows, English muffins, trash bags, plungers, and so on."We all use the same things every day and [without questioning them] because that's how we were taught, but we have no idea why or if it's even right. So when I post a video showing a different way, it blows minds," the creator explained.

They’re hard lessons but needed," he told us a while back. The creator added that right now, he’s learning all these things too. “I don’t want anyone to feel as alone as I have in the past when I didn’t know something [older folks understood quite well]," the TikToker said.

You Can Clean And Sharpen A Coffee Grinder With Rice
I find this dubious. Cutting anything in a grinder necessarily dulls the blades somewhat. Might it "clean out" some of the residue there? Maybe. But saying that it "sharpens" the blades has to be wrong. Let's take this to it's logical conclusion: according to him, a grinder that is used only for rice would never get dull. I could be wrong, but this sounds like something that keeps getting passed around but is ultimately based on nothing.
You Can Actually Peel Many Cloves Of Garlic By Shaking It In A Container
It’s no secret that most people tend to romanticize nostalgia and look back on their memories with the sense that the old times were somehow better. It feels tempting to think of the old days as simpler and less chaotic than the present.
This is especially true when we look back on our childhood or earlier days, and focus on positive memories. In contrast, the present moment seems always challenging in one way or another, and only after it’s long gone can we look back at it with a sense of appreciation.

Why does this guy bring turn bored Pandas into grumpy pandas? Not everyone has had the same experiences. I'm way old and saw a couple of things I realized look easier to do than the way I have been doing them.
I think it makes people feel smart and superior to be like "Who didn't know that?" They just need their little ego boost from making people feel stupid.
Load More Replies...So many of these are either wrong or misleading. I haven't actually seen the videos themselves, which got me wondering whether it's possible that this guy actually includes a lot of caveats and exceptions in his videos that are not being communicated by THIS site in their headings for each item. They might want to think about that if it could lead to people damaging their property or getting injured.
