There’s always something we don’t like. I can’t stand the taste of beetroots, while my best friend is basically allergic to licorice. Food is just one category where people often express their dislikes, but we see the same bursts of loathing anywhere from the animal kingdom to leisure activities. A relative of mine couldn’t stand stepping into a boat, or rather even the thought of it.
But when you stop and think about the things humans address their hate towards, you start wondering about the reasons why. Maybe we’re simply scared of the unknown (yes, tarantulas, we’re speaking of you!) or maybe it’s our past experiences that haunt us to this day.
In any case, today is the perfect time to step back and reflect on these things. Thanks to these two thought-provoking Reddit threads (here and here) where people listed all the things that don’t deserve the hate they get, we have a lot to uncover!

Feminism. It doesn’t mean that women are better than men, it means women are *equal* to men. And because I believe everyone should be equal, I am proud to say I am a feminist
Yasss! EquALLity Edit: Omg thank you guys for all the upvotes
When you're accustomed to privilege, equality feels like oppression.
Yes, I think this is the core issue why (mostly) men are against feminism - not that they don't understand. Even if they gain a lot by equality they must give up privileges that they are used to. Men who are stuck in "what about"-ism land often complain about less parental rights and having to be the "breadwinner" (for example) BUT they don't want to trade that for having to do their share of parental responsibility, housework, emotional load and give up their higher income and status in society for example.
Load More Replies...I wish more people understood this about feminism. It has gotten such a bad wrap, but it has never been about dragging men down; it has always been about pulling women up so that they are afforded the same rights and privileges as men. It breaks my heart to know that so many women in this world are still treated as property, with little or no access to education or resources.
Unfortunately, raising women's opportunities up will automatically lower men's opportunities. Or at least remove the privilege and advantages that they've enjoyed for so long. It really is zero sum. The same applies to race equality. If Man A got where he is by (for example) networking only available to men, but now suddenly Woman B is given those same networking options, Man A now has competition - and might not win. It's rather pathetic really, because studies have shown that bettering lives for women advances the entire population, but most antifeminist hate is based less on how much the world can be improved, and sticks strictly to how much MY life will "suffer".
Load More Replies...Feminism is gender equity. Feminism enables men. There is no reason men should pay for dates, engagement rings, and absolutely everything that equates masculinity to financial worth. This Is Feminism. And all the Beyonces and Madonnas and Brittanies who want to say "I 'm not a feminist, I'm a Humanist" need to just Google both terms. And, then, possibly, come to terms with what they are. I am proud to be a feminist because you all thought I was beating a dead horse and, suddenly, we have no rights to our own bodies, again. It didn't even last 1 generation.
2022 and women still get paid less for doing the same job as a man , this s**t has to stop , women just want to be treated THE SAME as us men do , not asking for anything more or less , not too much to ask is it ?
The problem is the most radical among us are the most vocal online, and a lot of them preach outright hatred towards men, something I absolutely do not support. Those particular individuals want to beat men into the ground, not be equal to them. They are why feminism is viewed as it is.
Yep, unfortunately there is a vocal minority that substitutes the word "feminism" in for "misandry" and when your vocal minority becomes the loudest voice you get the same effects you do for any other group. "All Christians are Bigots, All Vegans are preachy, All feminists are misandrists" when people don't shut down the vocal minority because "at least they're on our side" it ends with needing to work 10 times harder to make your point because people think you agree with them.
Load More Replies...Yeah. This one always upsets me. Feminism is still considered something ugly by so many people. Why it's called feminism is because we need to raise women to the same level as men (and also create equity) - not because women should be superior. Feminists don't hate men, they hate the patriarchy and that's a big difference. And I really can't agree with people saying the name being the issue, enough people should know and understand by now what it stands for - but yeah, it it's something you don't want it's easy to "misunderstand" and I think that's more of the case. Also, if we just say "equality for all!" we lose focus on the fact that we are not equal = nothing happens. Last; feminism benefit men too. The patriarchy hurts men too in many ways.
Yes, it does hurt men. In all that brutal jockeying, some are stigmatised as "losers" because human skills and aspects like intellect, sensitivity, kindness, gentleness, integrity, co-operativeness and so on are not valued by the "winners". Physical strength and prowess are over valued. Boys are taught to hide their feelings and repress non-privileged impulses behind a kind of "mask". It creates an emotionally starved human being at the very least.
Load More Replies...I've posted this elsewhere but I think it's important. Feminism is about bringing the inequality that women have been subjected to to the notice of the public. It is about not putting up with women getting less pay, fewer rights and generally being treated as weaker, second class citizens. It's about pointing out that a woman can be a doctor as well as nurse if she chooses (remember the story books from the 60s?) It's about not allowing 'tradition' to hobble women. It is not extremist, just searching and stretching for fairness and equality. Any fair minded individual would support that, not be afraid of it.
This is too blame on the (few) bad feminist out there who often with take need try to prove women are better then man and by doing doing do make the chances for actual equality higher.
I don't know what you're trying to say to be honest.
Load More Replies...Some feminists DO think women are better than men, and those are the disliked ones. But I agree, all should have equality
Equal in value as people, therefore legally equal. All people are equally worthy of love.
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=u_J0Ng5cUGg This is what most people think is feminism. That's why it's so hated. Now please downvote me for explaining again
yes!!! most feminists stand against toxic masculinity and other things that affect men as well! the only thing that made me struggle with considering myself a feminist was the fact that some feminists are trans exclusionary, but i told myself that if i wasn't one of those it was okay.
In fairness, a better, and non-gendered approach would be egalitarianism
In the US, there was a legitimate effort in the 70's to make feminism a dirty word by midcharacterizing what it stood for. It worked and within 5 years Support for "Feminism" dropped significantly
Hell yeah! Feminism doesn't mean, "We hate guys, guys all suck!" It means, "We hate the patriarchy, men have always been privileged and valued over women, and we recognize women have to face certain setbacks and challenges that men don't, and saying that they hope to improve the situation.
I am a woman and I think men need feminism too.... or an equivalent. They should be allowed to wear skirts without judgement, like women can wear trousers now too for example. There are too many things where men are not treated equal to women either.
There are far, far bigger issues than men wearing skirts.
Load More Replies...Some see equal rights as a pie...it's not. My rights don't diminish yours.
I do doubt if most of them can, by heart, tell the 13 pillars of feminism.
It's not about being equal. It's about respecting each other's differences.
You're either a feminist, or you think women should be treated worse than men. It's that simple.
Also, you can't say that you are a feminist if you don't believe in equality and advancement for ALL women. Women of color, LGBTQ+ women, disabled women. J.K Rowling is a great example of white feminists who say they believe in feminism, but put other women down so damn much. Empowered women empower women!
Who are these women she's putting down? I've read plenty about her support of single mothers.
Load More Replies...I never understood why some people misunderstand the meaning of feminism. It's annoying.
Dare I (I identify as male, cisgender) extend: my reevaluation came about when I realised that women don't need to be equal to men, that's so broad I didn't get it..... When I learned that what women DO should be held to equal esteem, by men, by society, by Women THEMSELVES, I learned a lesson about equality.... If you believe (man or woman) in "traditional" roles (man bread winner, women child raising housewife) that is OK, so long as both are happy, and you see both as equally important roles. It clicked in my mind in an instant
What I mean is... I realise you resolve feminist values, and traditional patriarchal Christian values, by just weighing each role as equal...
Load More Replies...But females are not equal to men and men are not equal to women. Two entirely different beings that just are not equal
Unfortunately many expressions of feminism include "men are bad" and "women should be like men." Both are false and leave a bad taste in the mouth rather than making allies.
Sadly I think a lot of media and shows/movies have portrayed it as women who hate men and that's where all the backlash comes from, when it is just how neither is better than the other.
Most people don’t understand feminism is just believing women should have the same rights as a man ! That’s all! It doesn’t mean that you have to worship women or hate men! Do you believe women should have the same rights as a man? Boom you’re a feminist! Do you believe women shouldn’t have the same rights as men? Well then fu(k you I hope you stub you toe when you come up from your moms basement and I hope it swells up and gets infected and the doctors think they may have to remove it. But they send you home and after a few days you start to smell something funny and it’s that toe. Festering from a microscopic cut they didn’t treat ! You go back to the doctor and they have no choice the toe has to go! Hopefully your last thought before you go under for toe removal surgery is “ maybe I am a feminist because I actually do believe women should have the same rights men do”
Since my teen years (fifty years ago!) I have often wondered why women would only want to be equal to men. Of course, I do know what feminism really means, but coming from the dark days of the fifties and sixties, I understand what the "rebellion" was really all about. When I look at the idiocy of what is happening in the US right now, I do wonder whether we have actually traveled any distance at all, in giving women equal rights. I have no problem with feminism at all. Women have the right to govern their own bodies, the state should have no say, would men think it right that they have to leave it to the state to decide whether they should have a prostate exam? Should the state decide if a vasectomy is allowed or not?
'would men think it right that they have to leave it to the state to decide whether they should have a prostate exam? Should the state decide if a vasectomy is allowed' So where does the equivalent for women not happen?
Load More Replies...Which men do feminists want to be equal with? Powerful, privileged white guys, or, ya know, all the rest? 🤔 As an Asian American man who everyone thinks is Mexican, I can say with a certain degree of confidence that if you were my equal you'd be worse off than you are now. So... There's that.
As a feminist, yes, the privileged white guys. But I want you there too. Equality and equal opportunity over all sexes, colours and races.
Load More Replies...Except some "feminists" are ruining the word "feminist" and the idea of what feminism actually IS because they believe that as women, they are "superior" to men. ERM no.. that's not feminism. That's called misandry.
The reason many men don't like feminism is not that they feel their privilege being threatened but that they don't actually have that privilege that feminists accuse them of
Depends on the company. I'm lucky to work for a company that raises people on their abilities, not their sex.
Load More Replies...You have not learned what feminism is about. It is raising women AND men. Men should take more parental responsibility for example and be allowed to take half the responsibility for invisible labor - that's raising men where they are not equal. And be allowed to be emotional available and all those old standards of men having control over money in relationships and expect to be "the breadwinner" (those are examples of the patriarchy - what feminism is working to fight against). Feminism is about breaking free from gender norms and expectations for women AND men.
Load More Replies...That's not a "man" thing. It's a cultural thing. Men in other countries have no problem with treating women as equals.

Load More Replies... Homeless people. It doesnt matter how they lost their home, it doesnt matter if they suffer from an addiction, it doesnt matter if they have a job or not. People have unspoken challenges that you dont know about, and they may have never happened to you, and its none of your damn business why theyre homeless. Housing should be considered a human right, and the fact this is still up for debate bothers me. I've seen how small bachelor pads can get, people really dont need much to survive.
Also, people act as if housing being a human right somehow infringes on their ability to buy property, when it doesnt. It just means those that are less fortunate literally just *CANT* be homeless and would be accommodated with the basics for human survival like running water, power, insolated walls and a bed. The fact that housing has been treated as profitable to exploit the lower class, is the reason we have homeless people. Not because of your pre-conceived idea of their life you know nothing about.
I'm currently homeless and it was because my landlord sold the house without telling us til a week before we had to move out. I have a special needs son and on a fixed income so I haven't been to find anything.
Everything teenage girls like. They get hate for liking girly stuff, they get hate for being 'not like other girls', they get hate for being 'fake-geeks', they get hate for liking edgy stuff.
Just let teenage girls like stuff.
Cats! They’re constantly vilified but if treated right they’re lovely companions. Cats aren’t “a**holes”.
People turning down alcohol
YAAS!!!! i am an old fart of 64. i stopped drinking alcohol when i was 25. it was a choice. ever since then i have been treated strange when i refuse a drink. i don't like being cajoled to drinking as it will eventually p**s me off. and, no, i am not in recovery. i just don't drink.
People don't deserve hate they give themselves when they are not doing too good at the moment.
Actors who played characters that people didn’t like.
This role weighed very heavy on this young man. He has had to get out of acting for a while to get over the hate he received for the great job he did of making us believe how awful he was.
here’s a big two:
any animals that are seen as automatically evil or bad. some example would be wolves, black cats, sharks, snakes, etc. these same thoughts cause those animals and more to be harmed and hunted simply for the belief that they are bad/bring bad omen. it’s sad to see.
sleeping with stuffed animals. listen, i’m not scared to say that i happily cuddle to sleep with my stuffed bbs. they make me feel safe and secure, and that’s something i’ll probably never grow out of.
Fast food worker’s... they ain’t machines. They are just trying to get through the day like everyone else!. Keep it up y’all
Opossums. They're neat little critters. They eat tons of ticks that carry Lyme disease, (mostly) don't carry rabies because their body temp is too low, and they're the only marsupial native to North America! They get a bad rap because their first defense is to hiss and bare teeth, but failing that, they just play dead.
If you don't have the predisposition to hate them, you'll find they're pretty cute too.
E: this is about /opossums/, the north American species.
Kiwis, I feel for you, but this comment isn't about your possums.
Math.
It's significant for human evolution and society as a whole.
The thing about Math is it's not easy to teach. Very few students have a natural aptitude for Math. If you have a good teacher everything gets easier. I'm not a fan of Math but it's essential. Right now I'm a Biotech student and still using Math so no way to escape
Child cartoons. Some are actually really good, even as an adult.
Swear words. Not to be confused with slurs.
Swears are fine and a great way to express yourself at times.
Well, some websites clearly don't f*****g agree with THAT. For f**k's sake.
Spiders. They're one of the backbones of the earth's ecosystem because they prey on so many pests, but people hate them because they're creepy-looking and occasionally dangerous if provoked.
Lady Gaga. She is a very talented vocalist and pianist. People act like she is the worst musician in the history of the world and hate on her so much because she uses clothing as part of her performances.
Something similar happens to Anitta, people always focuses on the clothes she's wearing (or not), or the fact that her song that became number one wasn't in Portuguese. While forgetting all the good she did representing Brazilians worldwide and also being one of the few to break out of there.
Wolves they are always the villian of the story but in real life they are scared of humans and they have every right. Just a few weeks ago a lot people killed a lot of wolves because its "wolf season" or something that of sorts. These creatures are very misunderstood and yeah they are big and can kill a human but it won't unless its hunrgy or threated. A long time ago, there was a wolf hunt in europe killing a lot of wolves. They are beautiful creatures, strong, fast, loyal to their pack, and very protective of their pack.
People who don’t drive (in the US)
I am still learning to drive at 22 because of anxiety and I can’t count the amount of times people gave me s**t for it.
I'm 41. Had my licence before I turned 19. Have not driven once since. I realised early on that I'm extremely sh@@ at it. I can do lots of things but driving is not one of them. It's not about lack of practice. It's about lack of abilities needed for this. I know myself. I know it would be dangerous to me and others for me to drive, so I do the responsible thing and I don't. And I get so much sh@@ for it. Like there's no way I can know myself better than this stranger who met me 5 minutes ago and can absolutely tell that I just need practice because that's how it worked for them.
Veganism.
Seriously, it's just people trying not to hurt animals.
I'm fine with it, I just don't like it when they act like I'm Satan because I don't share their view.
Broccoli. On its own its not tasty...when I say that I mean it doesnt have much taste at all...yet people make it out to be devils food. But once you use it in a soup or spice it up with something on the side it tastes good.
Nickelback.
Sure, they aren't the best band in history, but they don't deserve the meme-like status they've received.
Am I allowed to say country music? Like I don’t even listen to it, but whenever someone says they like country music, someone else is gonna gag in their face. A lot of it is formulaic, but so is pop. And most hit songs of any genre. And there’s also decent country music. The root of modern pop is country rock. Music snobs need to take a seat on this one.
Let people enjoy things. Music is art, and art is very personal. If you don’t like it, bring headphones. The only time it annoys me is if there’s gospel music in public places. Simply because gospel is very emotional and kind of moody. Like I just wanna sit here and eat my enchiladas and complain to my spouse about work that day. I’m not really in the mood to drop down on my knees in a fervent worship session at Jose Taco.
Unemployed people. A lot of people genuinely are looking for work and did not want to lose their last job/it was beyond their control (like a layoff) but they get so much hate and called lazy by most people. I know too many unemployed people that are actually really trying hard. They definitely aren’t lazy. (Not saying lazy unemployed people don’t exist, but to be fair, so do lazy employed people too lol)
Worked in community services for a few years on a mandatory program for anyone on welfare to get them back to work. There were only three types of people 1. Want to work, 2. Absolutely unemployable at that moment in time, and 3. Incredibly lazy. There was hardly anyone in the lazy category. Some of the people experiencing homelessness or people addicted to drugs or alcohol wanted so so badly to get jobs but had too many personal challenges to be reliable enough to make it to work. Broke my heart.
Puns, everyone always acts like they're so cringey when secretly, I think we all know how great they are
Nuclear energy. Of the 3 big nuclear accidents (Chernobyl, Fukushima, Three Mile Island), two of those designs are no longer in use at any plant, and none of the designs have been used to build any new plants in decades. The entire industry has been made far safer as a result of learning from past mistakes and it is now the greenest of energies. But many people are still adamantly anti-nuclear.
Not disagreeing, in fact it does seem like a good clean source these days but . . . Have they figured out how to handle the waste (used fuel rods etc.) safely?
Natural red hair
And natural CURLS! I'm so blow out of stick straight, part in center and just hang there. Cookie cutter hair
Meteorologists. They try their best to predict the weather based on patterns, models, and data. They're not perfect because predicting the weather is insanely difficult. When they get it wrong, I think we should go easy on them. It was probably an outlier result almost no one could have foreseen.
Optimism.
I'd rather be an optimist who's occasionally wrong than a pessimist who's always right.
I think optimism needs space to breathe and grow.
It’s true. For some reason few people want to hear ‘alright, let’s get this done! We’ll do what we can to foresee problems, and face challenges head on as they arise’. Humans are even strangely wired to find any change painful
People who hate popular things just because they're popular/mainstream are ridiculous.
Anything that’s popular/mainstream is such because it’s just so amazing and original that everyone just loves it, or because it’s engineered to be a safe rehashed, proven product to maximize the chance of having a broad appeal. The former is rare and timeless. The latter is dime a dozen and you won’t even remember it two years from now. I just wait until everyone I know can’t stop talking about it, then I check it out.
Sharks
I love diving with sharks, they really are such beautiful creatures. I wish more people would experience life under the ocean to see how beautiful it is and maybe experience first hand all the harm that is happening down there. Every dive my partner and I collect bag loads of rubbish, it's getting quite heartbreaking.
Fast food. It's just meant to be quick and edible, not healthy and sophisticated. And some days I'd rather wait 5 minutes in a McDonald's than spend an hour cooking for myself.
MSG has gotten a bad rap but there really is nothing wrong with it.
The banjo, people only associate it with bluegrass and therefore not many people like the instrument. But when playing other styles it actually sound very nice and interesting.
Snakes, okay *some* snakes. I can understand a fear or phobia of snakes because we're instinctually afraid of them. Even if you're not scared of them, if you touch or see a snake you'll probably get a shiver up your spine or get goosebumps since they were a big problem for our race WAY back when. Hating snakes though? most of them leave you alone and mind their business as long as you mind yours.
Customer service associates.
Everyone should work in customer service for a year. It actually makes you a better person, in public anyway lol
The Prius. Rock solid, reliable, cheap on gas, and, as of the 3rd gen, average performance. Lots of storage and utility. People love to hate it. People always want to be in front of it, even if they intend to go slower than it was. Everybody that has a coal tune on their truck has to take a shot at rolling on it, and the list goes on.
I don't care if people hate on me and my Prius. It's approaching 400K miles, and has averaged a little over 50MPG since new (I have the records to prove it). Without question it has been the best car we've ever owned, and the best vehicular investment, too. Not the most fun, admittedly, but I never expected a Prius to be fun.
SPAM (the canned SPiced hAM product, not trash email). I make SPAM musubi about three times a year. At least once a year, my family has fried SPAM sandwiches for supper. We would probably have it more often if it wasn't so expensive.
It's really good on fried eggs and rice. My brother spent two years in the Philippines and when he got home, he could not get enough of that stuff.
Guy Fieri, he literally is the nicest person in the world but since he looks like he was electrocuted by mountain dew people want to saw his head off
Beans on toast. Had a rough day? Beans on toast! Partner being difficult? Beans on toast? Kids ? Beans on toast
Pumpkin Spice. It gets associated as "generic white girl s**t" but goddammit that s**t is tasty! I look forward to every fall when pumpkin spice comes back.
I’ve never understood food based stereotypes. “Ha ha! Those people eat that particular food. That’s so like them and why they’re terrible.” And it’s a food with broad appeal. Idiotic.
Can I say Coldplay?
I love them.
I love Coldplay as well. I mainly like metal but Coldplay have quite a lot of good songs perfect for dancing and jumping around like no one is watching! Amazing live as well, great energy

Be it minecraft or fortnight or roblox or whatever, there always seems to be a game out which it is fashionable to s**t all over just because a certain group of people you find personally annoying enjoy.
Sure, I find the minecraft build tutorials narrated by someone who hasn't blown their nose once in their 14 years of life annoying, but you know what he's putting it out there and good on him.
Right now Diablo Immortal is my go to game. I know it's been labeled as pay to win (p2w) but I have found it very enjoyable and I have spent maybe $20 max on it. It's f2p (free to play) and there isn't a spending requirement at all. It's just to help in certain dynamics of the game.
Furries. They are a bit weird, but completely harmless. Especially compared with many other subcultures nowadays.
I fully believe that everyone is entitled to their own opinion but that it shouldn't interfere with anyone else's lives. If you don't like the LGBT community then don't participate. If you don't like certain shows on TV, then don't watch. If you don't like certain lifestyles, then don't live like that. If you don't like abortions, then don't get one. It's just that simple. People need to stop shoving their views/beliefs/ideals down our throats and just pay attention to their own lives instead of butting into others. We need to respect each other to a certain degree. Full stop
Oh, if the people doing the hating would actually read and comprehend what you wrote, Mama. My thoughts exactly. What on earth is wrong with "live and let live?"

Well, that didn't go as expected. Oerff,, you are misquoting Jesus. The verse you are referencing is from the Old Testament. Jesus is in the New Testament. Jesus spoke of love many times, but your reference is from Corinthians.
Load More Replies...GMOs. There are 2 major types of GMO's in the world; Roundup-ready and BT. The reason that these are the 2 major types is simple; Greenpeace. Greenpeace's use of GMO as a fundraising boogieman has ensured that it is almost impossible to get funding for any GMO research for the last 50 years. My home country of New Zealand has a problem with greenhouse gases produced by farming. Almost all of which could be solved by GM rye-grass and modifying the gut bacteria of the cattle. The effectiveness and safety of this has already been proven. But there is no way the public will allow it. Nicotinoid insecticides are killing bees worldwide. Bt crops completely solve this problem. But they cut into the profits of organic insecticide producers who wish to spray Bt, the world's most popular organic insecticide.
GMOs are a double-edged sword. On the one hand, they have great promise to solve many problems; on the other, unscrupulous companies exploit them to fatten their profits. Also, we don't yet understand everything about genes and genetics. Genes that make crops resistant to herbicides can jump to the weeds, resulting in super-weeds that are nearly impossible to kill. Also, many GMO crops do not have viable seeds, so the farmers have to buy seeds every year instead of reserving some from each year's harvest for next year's planting.

#56 not agreeing with the general opinion - things aren't always black or white, there is a while grey area in between. I absolutely LOVE COLDPLAY. I'M A MASSIVE FAN. They always make me feel better when I'm down. But they get so much hate, because apparently their music is too depressing/repetitive/pop. But actually, they are a real creative band and just love to experiment. Every album has a unique theme to it, I'll never get bored of Coldplay! Especially AHFOD gets hate for being too happy/pop.. but the guitar solos. AMAZING. They're probably the only band to do transition tracks, and I LOVE how the chorus is sometimes a guitar solo! Also, let me add; Chris Martin's voice is absolutely stunning. Its on another level. And you can tell he puts so much effort and emotion into his singing. Also, they donate TONS to charity, still get hate. They're people too! THANK YOU CHRIS MARTIN, JONNY BUCKLAND, GUY BERRYMAN, WILL CHAMPION! FOR EVERYTHING!!!
If you don't expect everyone to be exactly like you, your happiness factor goes off the chart.
Life is too short to spend your time worrying about whether liking something is controversial. Eat pineapple on pizza. Dress in a fursuit. Cuddle with snakes and sharks and black cats and pitbulls. Watch children's cartoons as an adult. If it doesn't affect anyone else, what's the issue?
Weird. I don't hate any of those things. OMG--what's wrong with me??
The most of this stuff I thought "what?! This is common to hate it!?". I guess I know nothing.
One Direction! They got so much hate (as well as their fans) just because their main demographic was teenage girls and they were teenagers/young men! They deserved absolutely none of it and I will stand by this to the day I die.
Monday s. Best day of the week. Brand new week. Fresh. Fridays worst day. I never have a meeting on a Friday cause I always got fired on a Friday
I agree with everything except the one with Nickelback ... There, I said it and I meant it ...
Hate is a strong word. Can't say that I truly hate anything. I dislike some things and loathe others but I don't think I truly hate anything.

Just let people live their lives if they aren't hurting anyone...Just because people are different, or not the 'norm,' doesn't mean they deserve such hate, for just trying to live their lives. Literally, all they want is to be able to live like most people do. Have the same rights! I've had people tell me poc and the lgbtq+ community want special treatment, which is a lie. I'm legit struggling with all of this. I just don't understand it I guess
#56 not agreeing with the general opinion - things aren't always black or white, there is a while grey area in between. Though so often if you have a (no different opinion you are downvoted for not agreeing to everyone. (Yes, looking at you bp and similar sites). The annoying thing is, I do it too... I downvote opinions that clash with my beliefs.
You're absolutely right about grey area. I've stopped downvoting, not that I used to do it much because I prefer to engage. But since I found out about banning, I don't do it at all

I have worked since I was 16 for not enough money, putting up with so much hate/disrespect from humans... Covering overtime, night shifts and management at times.. Yet no one seems to be able to get their head around that fact that, right now.. I just don't want to work. Its nothing complicated. It doesn't need justifying. It just is what it is - If I find something that pays fairly and gives me a good sense of self worth then I might go back to the time stealing stress mongering drama filled chaos that is 'work' an exchange of your skills and time... For... Money (not much of it anyway) that you may be able to spend if you actually have enough saved and enough actual time to do what you want (days off?)
