Kelly is an up and coming artist practicing her skill at her own home. Kelly uses basic materials to create wonderful and out there designs. She has been doing special effects for approximately 4 years and really wants to advance to bigger and professional pieces . This design was sculpted moulded and pre painted by Kelly odell and applied which took 4 hours with assistance. Then some professional images were taken. As a portfolio piece for all involved.
