As the silhouette approached the car it became clear that it was a man wearing a hat, holding a briefcase, and freakishly smiling.

“D-do you need a ride sir” said Mary, almost unwillingly.

“That would be nice Ms, but where exactly are you headed” said the man climbing in the front passenger seat and reluctantly throwing his briefcase in the back onto Linda.

Linda was fiercely mad because she hated Mary at this point, and she didn’t think it was a good idea to let an unknown man into the car but what did she know. He also gave off a freaky vibe that was almost unbearable.

Almost suddenly Margaret, who had been silent the whole time said shockingly “We’re headed to our aunt’s house it’s about a 15 minute drive from here and we can’t make any long stops so we’ll have to let you out soon sir.”

Mary caught on quickly to what Linda and Margaret’s opinion was on the matter and agreeably said “She’s right sir so where exactly do you want us to drop you off at?”

This seemed to change his mood into anger but he once again shifted to his smile “Oh of course but it’s just that it’s posed to rain tonight and I promise it wouldn’t be much trouble.”

The girls got the feeling he wanted to stay so Linda finally stood up for her self and said “Mr, it’s late and we must be getting to our auntie’s house and she worries deeply ’bout us so in the next ten minutes it’d be best for you to get out.”

“Well it’s clear I am unwanted” the man angrily began “and you girl’s make it obvious” and at this he started running towards the woods and as he got to the woods he disappeared right then and there.

All the girls at this point were shaking and scared as heck at what had happened, and the one explanation was all on their minds as they tossed the briefcase into the woods.

‘What had made them throw it out’ you ask? Well there was an old folklore in that town about a serial killer who just happened to have died on that road in the 1920’s.

They also say that if you open the briefcase you’ll be dead by morning……

The End
