The Older I Get, The More I Learn To Embrace The Creative Process…(That It’s Okay To Not Get It Perfect Right Out Of The Gate.)
Part of becoming a good artist is learning to trust yourself, trust your judgement, and most importantly, to trust in the process.
Sometimes taking a workshop from another artist is just what is needed to confirm that trust! Just finished my first workshop with an artist who’s work I greatly admire and it was so helpful.
Sometimes, well, most of the time, I have a lot of self doubt, but by seeing how others create, it is super helpful to know that I am not alone in the way my own creative process happens!
Lots of steps forward, lots of steps back, lots of dancing!
