How do you gain access to these places? Do you have to get permission to be in there? Or are you basically breaking in? Because bear in mind they may have guns & may not be afraid to use them. Especially the elderly & isolated. Have you ever gone into one of these buildings thinking it was abandoned & found an irate hoarder with a shotgun they brought back from some conflict or another or was an heirloom from the reign of Queen Victoria (UK, can't think of her French contemporary) that still fires etc?! Be careful!
