Recently, one Texas restaurant has gotten into the spotlight and the reason wasn’t their stuffed turkey legs, although they describe them as ‘world famous.’ The Turkey Leg Hut in Houston, Texas has launched their new dress code which has stirred quite heated opinions.

“Unfortunately, due to the attire of some guests, we were forced to put this new policy in place as we remain committed to ensuring all guests are comfortable while visiting us,” the restaurant stated and added that “We are not a club.”

Some people say it’s fair enough for the owners to set their own rules, while others criticized the idea of being told what to wear when dining out. So let’s see what this controversial dress code is like and what people had to say about it below!

I see nothing wrong with asking people to dress tidily. It is not as though they are asking for a jacket and tie.

"My house, my rules" seems to be an incomprehensible concept to a lot of people. They also do not get that no one is interested in seeing butts, pubic areas and boobs while they are having a night out with their family. It's sad sign when places have to enforce a dressing code to keep inappropriately dressed idiots out.

Ironically, it usually seems as though the folks that can't comprehend the "my house my rules" idea are always the ones that say "well if you don't like it then just move on" whenever it comes to something that they are in favor of.
