Balcony idea

I love the wood floor idea. I live in Europe though and don't see many apartments (the none rich ones I mean) with wood floors. Most balconies in the cement style high rises have cement floors or tile or something. I wonder if you could lay wood floors down that is removable as you don't own the apartment...? I would love to do that for mine
