    Now aged 52, having just celebrated her birthday, Berry has an Instagram account that details exactly how she maintains her healthy lifestyle, and with 2.8 million followers it seems like she is an inspiration to many. She shares tips on her often grueling workout routines, her ‘Fitness Friday’ series showing different yoga poses, weights workouts, boxing and meditation, with her fitness coach Peter featuring alongside her. Berry is one hell of a tough cookie and looks absolutely incredible, so if you lack a little motivation for your fitness regime this summer or wish to know the answers on how to stay young, look no further!     She looks good, but not 25. Also, it's part of her job to look good, and she makes a lot of money doing this, with personal trainers, nutritionists, professional chefs and alike, so it's not really her place to give advice on how to look younger and stay healthy.

    As a professional dancer, it's always funny for me to see how much some people have to think about their looks. And how's going to be their fitness, nutrition program, etc etc. It's soooo superficial for me and my surroundings. Someone was already on the point here - take care of yourself, it's not rocket science, you do what YOU find good for yourself, eat healthy in smaller portions, and inbrace your own type of body. We are all different, and have different types and shapes of our bodies. Just be kind to yourself, and use your own tips, FFS. You do you. And not how it's done by some Hollywood actress. :)

    When you're still struggling to get started on that journey, a few tips from someone else can go a long way. I never felt like I had the time to commit to learning how to be healthy - that, and I thought I already more or less knew how it worked. Once you start you learn so much more, and I agree - you learn how it works for YOU. But there are generalities that can help you to see progress and realize it's within your power, after all.
