Rhiannon Kagoe is a watercolor illustrator and comic artist living in Wales. She loves using vibrant paint and ink to make her comics, which sets her work apart in a field where most cartoons are now created digitally.

The artist got into making Resident Evil comics a few years ago. "Like many people, I was invested from the first trailer, fascinated by the characters Capcom had created."

However, like many others, Rhiannon felt that the characters' time in-game was too brief. As a result, she sought to give them a second life by exploring how far she could push them through her art and storytelling.

Rhiannon describes her art as a mix of surreal, wild behavior and heartfelt, emotional moments. She enjoys finding the balance between horror and comedy, as well as between the disgusting and sweet. "I think this blend is why so many people have connected with my art."
