As part of my fine art time project, I created ‘space windows’ with the white area representing the unknown. We can only ever get a brief glimpse of the whole universe, with black holes and possible parallel universes being out of our reach. The rest of the works include creating a galaxy effect using ink in between acetate sheets, as well as a monoprint effect using tracing paper. Lastly, I painted on pages from Frankenstein to illustrate the link between space, the unknown and the Sublime which is present in the novel.
