Biking Under The Snow
It is so "cool" that your town bikes as opposed to drive every time they would like to go somewhere. Where I live, driving is more the option people choose. It's so much healthier for you and the environment to bike. Good job Amsterdam! :)

I love Amsterdam, beautiful city with great art. Now I have seen it in the snow I will try to book my next visit in winter, these photographs are wonderful.
So Gabriel, this all looks wonderful, and just shows us how beautiful it can get. But that was last year. What's it like this year? I mean right now? Is everyone getting just a bit tired of all this new climate change? If Londeners are having problems, as this article shows, I can imagine what you guys on the continent are going through: https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/5671431/uk-weather-train-flight-cancellations-snow/ . Welcome to the upcoming Grand Solar Minimum, and it hasn't even started yet. Little Ice age coming up, and its probably going to be another Maunder Minimum event. Check this out at SevereWeather.EU : https://twitter.com/severeweatherEU . Euro-Globa...baa1ff.jpg
“Heavy Snowfall”? I live in the northeastern USA and we would call that “a light dusting of snow.”
Thank you for sharing Amsterdam. The chances of me being able to make it there are extremely minimal. It is pictures and thoughtfulness as yours that help me appreciate it from afar. You do have an incredible talent. Maybe a good career for you?! Thanks again Gabriel :) Truly beautiful pictures... Oh and please don't forget your mittens! My hands got cold just looking at those handle bars and pictures. Big smiles!
Stunning pictures. I cherish my visits to Amsterdam, I wish I could see it in the snow. Thank you for bringing this to us.
Gabriel, prachtige foto's! And to all others that comment on how beautiful it looks. It does, but it is also funny to me. Since I live in the Netherlands and I am so used to what my country looks like (though it can be very different in other places). I would never know what to show people who visit the Netherlands. Because it looks(/is) so normal to me. But in these photo's, I really see the beauty there is in our tiny country. Thank you Gabriel for letting me look at it this way again.
i enjoy Bored Panda and just subscribed. why am i still seeing the panda on the right side of my screen holding an envelope with the letter 3 with and the 2 inch SUBSCRIBE TO OUR NEWSLETTER? will this EVER go away. pardon me, it is annoying!
Next destination...I was so close around 120 km but...Desteney didn't give me this pleasure that i stay out of this memory for now.But next time i gonna be yanger and my hair will grow up...So my dear Amsterdam yust be there and dont move and I'm coming soonest posible.
It's pretty until you have to shovel it. This is why, when we retire, we're moving somewhere that means we will never have to shovel snow again.
