I’m a Slovenian 20-year-old photographer who created a visual skateboarding story about riding an alien-like WWII monument, created by Macedonian contemporary sculptor Dusan Dzamonja.
Dzamonja likely didn’t calculate for skaters to take the monument’s summit – curved into shallow quarter pipes – as a potential location, but Slovenian skateboarders Jan Robek and Miha Miklavcic saw the possibilities.

I think this is disrespectful to more than 1000 people which remains are buried in front of this statue. The statue was made to praise the bravery of this men, not to skate on it to collect likes on Facebook
