Singer Steven Tyler Makes Victims Of Sexual Abuse Feel Happier By Opening A Shelter For Them In The USA
With the goal of offering psychological treatment and support to women who have been sexually abused, Steven Tyler, lead singer of the band Aerosmith, has opened a shelter in Atlanta to recover them.
The institution was named Janie’s House, aka Janie’s got the gun from Aerosmith, which tells the story of a revenge planned by a woman who was sexually abused by her father.
On the opening day of the shelter, the singer said that people need to take care of those who have already suffered any kind of abuse, and that this practice has to be more and more common among people.
“Janie’s House is home to young girls and has a special team for that: therapists, people to talk to, and people who can help them deal with health problems,” he said.
