When the dog chases toys the rugs always shifted around. These little one sided sticky carpet squares are amazing!! For my 2 1/2' x 8' carpet runners I was able to use just 1 square at each end and It Works!! The under side does not "stick" to the floor, but it sort of suctions to the floor once you step on it.
