The Book Of Useless Information: The Perfect Bathroom Reader For Those Moments When You Need To Know How Many Licks It Takes To Get To The Center Of A Tootsie Pop... But Not Really

Review: "I got much more than I was expecting—679 pages of interesting facts to spit at anyone and everyone! The hardcover is gorgeous, durable, and feels very nice. The spine is protected and looks like it’ll last a while. Only issue was cosmetic, in the back was a very small dent at the top corner of the book, but that’s what happens when you buy a hardcover online. Pleasantly satisfied otherwise." - Cat

My ex's parents had a bathroom reader like this. Over 9 years of occasional perusal, I can attest it was fantastic. It was called "Do Penguins Have Knees?" (spoiler: they do). The author's name is David Feldman. I highly recommend it should you be so inclined.

Napoleon's Hemorrhoids: And Other Small Events That Changed History: Proof That Sometimes, History's Biggest Turning Points Happen When Someone's Gotta Take A Really Long Bathroom Break

Review: "This books is full of historical oddities and the "what ifs" of history. It mentions so many cases of how events could have turned out differently due to some chance encounters or twist of fate. The cover mentioned how the Battle of Waterloo could have turned very differently if Napoleon had not suffered from a case of piles at an inopportune time. If is full of such "what ifs" that could have lead to a very different History of the World than what we have today. I enjoy reading about such Alternate History possibilities in real history like I read in Science Fiction. This book really makes you think about history overall and is nothing like what they teach in school. Very educational as well as enjoyable reading overall." - Mike K

Exactly how I feel about Cabrillo National Park here in San Diego, California. It's basically the same cliffs and ocean you can experience for free anywhere else on the coast with a small, non-operative lighthouse museum. Not worth the $30 admission.

The Baby Owner's Manual: Operating Instructions, Trouble-Shooting Tips, And Advice On First-Year Maintenance: Because Apparently, Babies Don't Come With A Warranty Or A Tech Support Hotline. Good Luck!

Review: "I absolutely love this book!! Being 8 months pregnant is NOT easy and I’ve been exhausted throughout the pregnancy, meaning I’ve been procrastinating a lot of things I shouldn’t have (classes, reading). This book is so simple and straightforward. It can be read through or skipped to certain chapters about certain topics. Its a simple read and honestly makes me laugh while reading it because of it refering to the newborn as a “make or model”, it lightens up the stress of it all for sure. I even got my husband to finally read this book on his own. We both 100% recommend it to parents as a simple read or a future reference when your model arrives!!" - Kacie

My only recommendation if you're reading it is not to just plow through Henry's story reading the text. I feel like half the fun in admiring the nuances and subtleties buried in the art.
