I have one of these. We call it the wacker smacker veggie hacker. It really is great for cutting or slicing up a bunch of veggies. Also works great for anger issues. Do make sure you get a "proper" one though. The cheaper model don't tend to be sharp enough to cut through the veggies and just smash them...
