We never stop changing and this 22-year-old woman can look through her changes over the last 8 years as she took a self-portrait every day since she was 14 years old.

Eadington is a design student from Kansas, currently living in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK. At the age of 14 she decided to take a picture every day and a few years ago she released her first timelapse, showing how much she grew over 6 years. “I saw a few similar projects on the internet and thought it could be interesting to see how I changed as I grew up too,” Eadington told Bored Panda. Maintaining a project this big has its difficulties though. “The most challenging part is maybe aligning the eyes for the video.”

Now, 8 years since starting, her timelapse gain some traction and the video, showing hundreds of images in over 3 minutes, gained almost 250k views in less than a week.

Take a look at the video below and check out how this young lady changed in 8 years.

The subtlety of changes to the facial features is striking. You would say she changed little, if you compare single shots, but there actually are many slow changes. Besides: technically very well done.

I'm working on something for my four years of high school. I take a short 2 min video on the first and last day of school for every year (talking about what is currently going on and what it's like) and in between the vids I have pictures throughout the year

Love how she managed to keep her nose and eyes in the exact same position over the years! And only once did she "blink." lol

I started my own version of this project back in September (1 picture a day) to memorialize my time through college, which will either document 4 or 7 years depending on what I choose to pursue in the coming years <3 Can't wait to make the final video!

One huge takeaway from this is that long hair is NOT her friend. She has gorgeous bone structure and really striking features that are only going to look better as she gets older. I predict she’ll really grow into her face in her late 20s/early 30s.

Just because she doesn't smile doesn't mean she's depressed. Maybe she was trying a neutral face for the photos.

these cannot be every day - too many drastic hair style/length changes

The hair length might be because of the different ways she does it each day. But I have a minor in cosmetology and she has average length of centimeters per month.
