At 32 years old I discovered the art of Needle Felting 2 years ago when I stumbled upon it by accident whilst Xmas shopping.
I have always been a lover of art and did well with the subject in school. So it was only natural that I became intrigued to know more about the art of Needle Felting. After a quick search I came across the entire world of Fibre Art and Artists alike. I ordered my first kit, not having a clue what I was doing and off I went on my felting journey.
2 years on and I earn a living creating beautiful, 3D, bespoke pieces of art for other people of their beloved pets. I even incorporate their real pet’s hair, fur or ashes into my creations for more sentimentality. I deal a lot with pet loss and it makes me incredibly happy to be able to help heal broken hearts by giving my customers back a miniature, memorable keepsake that will last a lifetime!
If making an exact, miniature version of your best friend wasn’t enough for you, I also handmake all their tiny accessories too like their little collars, tags, toys and blankets.
I often get told I don’t just create the animal, I create the soul too.
That I “bring them to life”.
I find the eyes are the most important aspect of my work. These really do give my sculptures that soulful look and it’s what makes them come alive.
Since December 2017 my business has really hit off and I now have over 16,000 followers on social media. I never believed I would become a full time artist let alone become popular. It really is my dream come true and I appreciate every single person who supports my art journey.
I also create other animals too!
I have finally found the greatest combination of the two things I love most… animals and art!

I have watched many of these animals “come to life” through posted progress, and it amazes me to see simple supplies turn into something special. I only wish I had the money to have ones of my own made - these make amazing priceless memories... ❤️

I’ve followed this ladies work for some time now and every piece she has created is just breathtaking I am in awe of her talent and wish her all the best for the future I’m hoping one day to be able to own a piece of her work myself I just have to decide which of my animals to choose x
