What do you do when you’re nervous as hell? Bite your lip? Pick your nails? Whatever it is, it probably isn’t writing confessions on a barf bag. But that’s exactly what Andrea did while flying to tell a guy she had a major crush on him. And it sounded more romantic than Shakespeare’s sonnets as well. The funny thing is that it might have gone unnoticed if not for an airline employee who found it while cleaning the plane. After they shared it on reddit one day ago, nearly 50K people have already upvoted it and now everyone’s trying to find Andrea and ask her how the whole thing went down.
“Found this in the back pocket of a seat on an aircraft I was cleaning last year. Where ever you are, I hope it went well for you”
People really want to know who exactly is Andrea and how did it all go
I have always been that girl- making the first move! Some ended with rejections, some ended slightly better! Haha! But seriously- sharing this story in hopes it all ended well for Andrea!
AWESOME! i love reading things like this, but now i need closure...Andrea, where are you? how did it go? are you glad you took the chance? I NEED ANSWERS! lol i don't usually do the hash tag stuff, but enquiring minds want to know! #findAndrea2019
Did anyone notice the first comment above is from some guy with the name Thundercock...
#Shark-Farts, no, she hasn't watched too many romantic comedies. She's clearly aware that it might not work out, but also knows that if you don't tell the person, it definitely won't. I think people who keep it bottled up inside are taking a stupid risk (they will NEVER know how happy they might have been) - for what, fear of embarrassment for a few minutes? This person knows you, they like you, the worst that will happen is they'll say "no" and you go back to how it was before.
I wish there was video footage of Andrea approaching her crush in the airport somewhere!! sigh #findAndrea2019
Am I the only one who read the actual handwriting, not the transcription?
Young love, go for it, I was too shy at that age, so perhaps I missed out !!!
When I was young I told several of my crushes that I liked them. I was a cute, shy young woman. In a moment of boldness I decided to take a risk. I was shot down. Every. Damn. Time. I lost a good guy friend. He still avoids me 20+ years later. Another guy said I was too smart. A few guys flirted with me and oops never mentioned they had girlfriends. That's how I learned some guys like to string women along as backup girlfriends in case they have to dump girlfriend #1. I eventually decided being single is fun and fairly painless. I like knowing I can take care of myself.
To me it's like a 1st grade story, if there is no worth content better post some cats
Andrea I am so sorry... If I would have known you there I would not show up with my other gf from DC... Please forgive me and postpone Australia, I wanna marry you... Please? Please?)
And what happens if it goes well? She abandons her once in a lifetime opportunity to study abroad and see what the world has to offer? Yeah, we all like romantic endings, but this is just foolish with the exciting opportunities she has that are just days away. Life is wildly unfair - when you're young, you have no wisdom, but you do have an open world in front of you. When you're older, you have the wisdom, but all the opportunities of youth are behind you.
You're on the internet reading about some random strangers life, is your comment ironic or is it just a paradox?
Load More Replies...Depends on how well she knows the guy to know whether he'd enjoy it... and I don't think a one time thing can ever be considered stalking. The person might get creeped out by it, but it's still one isolated episode. Stalking is constant and persistent.
