The mirror is an eternal companion of females’ stories. What does it refrect,when the second half of life is ahead?
Women are able to see simultaneously their whole life in the mirror: the joy of a beautiful dress, hurt of children’s disregard, worries for the parents, columns of family finances, menu of the next breakfast and dinner…
In front of the mirror the woman can be sincere and see herself unveiled. It silently fixes all the edges of the female fate, remembers the moments of the triumph and the despair. The reflecting net of days and nights entwines into the years, into different characters and destinies.
Looking at my models, I keep thinking about myself. The thoughts about loneliness come to my mind. What can safe me? Love, I guess… The great Bernard Shaw was right: “Loneliness is a great thing, but not when you are single”.
