Brewing company BrewDog in Scotland has just begun offering one week off for those who welcome a new puppy or rescue dog into their home.
The dog-loving company decided to offer the perk after the founders noticed their employees were asking for time off to get their new dog adjusted. And the staff couldn’t be happier.
“Everyone’s super pleased and proud to work for a company that considers things like this for its staff!” a spokesperson told This Dog’s Life. “Our employees work really hard, so it’s always awesome when we roll out new initiatives like Puppy Parental Leave that make their working lives even more enjoyable.”
