Try looking at famous paintings from centuries ago depicting death, literal hell, torture and so on. Art is something we create, not all art has to be of flowers, butterflies and unicorns skate-boarding on rainbows. This person has TALENT to make something look this disgusting and REAL. Whether it's your cup of tea or not, it's still art.
