Throughout the years I noticed that I visit the same locations around my house many times to see how they would look in the change of seasons and different times of a day. Sometimes the area where you live would not be motivating to photograph because you see these beautiful views every day. However, when I started landscape photography I began to see the world (and my home area) in a different way.
I started looking for compositions everywhere and I now have a bunch of spots that I like to revisit. I am always surprised that these spots almost never look the same. This is an example of a tree lane about 5 minutes drive from my house. There are 7 landscape photos taken throughout the year in different seasons and different times of the day. Even during specific seasons with only a few days difference, things can look totally different in beautiful photos.

This reminds me of when I was a little girl. My mom would take us for walks in the woods behind our house in all the seasons... and sometime during the walk, we would just stop & listen to the sounds of the forest & the rustling leaves. And she would always say, "Do you hear that? That's the trees talking to each other". And it was always magic.
