A new drawing challenge is booming on Twitter. Artists all over the world are redrawing the famous characters from the 'Sailor Moon' anime. The challenge is called #SailorMoonRedraw. The artists recreate the main hero Usagi Tsukino in their unique drawing style. It's a really fun challenge and everyone is participating—professionals and amateurs. Some put their unique twist on the anime characters and make it quite funny.

The 'Sailor Moon' franchise started from a manga that debuted on December 28, 1991, and ran until February 3, 1997. There were 18 volumes released and the 'Sailor Moon' characters and the story gained such popularity, it was even made into a TV show.

'Sailor Moon' is one of the most popular anime out there. The TV show ran from March 7, 1992 to February 8, 1997 and it had 200 episodes. Almost everyone watched it and it was known in almost all places in the world. 'Sailor Moon' was a really important part of a lot of children's lives. To this day, there are a lot of fans of the show.
No wonder this character design challenge is so popular. People are reliving their childhoods and recreating one of the most iconic female figures in anime. The fun part is that everyone is creating artwork in their unique style: some create cute, some funny, some go all out and create an image fit to be in a remake of the anime.

This challenge celebrates everyone's unique drawing style as well as the classic TV show that we all know and love. Some artists even put other well-known characters instead of Sailor Moon into their cool drawings. That includes Goku from 'Dragon Ball,' Saitama from 'One-Punch Man,' and even Sonic The Hedgehog.

I adore Sailor Moon, I remember watching it when I was a younger, it was actually the first Anime I ever watched. This will always be one of my beloved shows. I love the different art styles brought up and the cross-over fan art has always been one of my favorite things to look up when I'm having a down day. I laughed at a lot of these and my day is going to be better for it.
