She was the first to greet him when he arrived at our home, it’s only fitting she would be the first to greet him when he arrived over the bridge.

Gracie and Shadow🌈

I lost my Gracie in January last year. She was my world.

She was the queen of the house and my partner in raising the foster pups.

A few months after we adopted her, we fostered another dog. A boy, Shadow, who was a complete terror :).

He stayed and they became best friends, although she always kept him in line. In December, he became sick and I took him to the ER. He had hemangiosarcoma and we lost him with 48 hours. It was tragic and so unexpected (Gracie had been sick for quite a while). We were devastated, but I find peace in the fact she is not alone anymore and I hope she was there to meet him.
