Cat owners have a history of relating to each another through funny comics (Lunarbaboon, Catsu). One of them is Missangest or as she calls herself, the Crazy Cat Lady from Sweden. And given the fact that Missangest has been a freelance artist since 2012, she definitely knows her webcomics' stuff!
"Nils is a shelter cat that I adopted a little more than 7 years ago," the Missangest told Bored Panda about her cute cat. "In the beginning, he was a bit withdrawn and used to hide underneath the furniture just to suddenly jump out and bite your feet (behavior probably learned from his past as he used to be kicked on before he was taken to the shelter). But with time and patience, he stopped both biting and hiding. Now he's just like an adorable cat should be - the king of the house. He especially likes to sit on my lap and place his upper body over the drawing tablet while I attempt to work."
And this kind of cat logic is the reason why Missangest loves them in the first place. "They are so tiny and so fluffy, yet have the personality of a lion. They can also be rude but they are so darn cute that they keep getting away with it." Her fascination with these majestic furballs really shines through her relatable comics. "It's not something I do often, I don't want to force these comic strips so I'll just do it whenever I have any drawing ideas that I think are worth trying out.

I just had a 10 week old kitten move in and ask for adoption. She is so scared, she only comes out at feeding time. She left her mom too early or got dumped & was starving. Time will tell if this works out. If she knows how to use the litter box & wants to stay, she can stay.
same. when i have a bad day, and my cat curls up in my lap and purrs, i'm convinced he rescued me
For some reason I've been noting that dog people are typically extroverts and cat people are typically introverts. Idk if its just correlation without causation or if it is true? (i'm a snake person)
I had a Norwegian Forest Cat from the animal shelter which had too much pressure in one eye. Had to be taken out. Solved his cranky demeanour, probably no more headaches. Started out with fur in the last drawing, ended up with much better fur. Have another NFC, also from the shelter. Had an infection in one eye, now has somewhat impared vision. Both lovely cats, no problems with judging jumps. Why this tale? Please adopt cats with 'problems', too many people ignore them.
I knew a Siamese cat that loved getting belly rubs for as long as you could go on.
I love these, the illustrations are gorgeous and the cats' personality is perfectly captured and adorable!
