As an artist, I like to create unique pieces of artwork, as well as recycling when possible. I’ve accomplished that by collecting old materials that have served their purpose for their given use, and giving them a new life as artwork.
I began this style of artwork a little over a year ago, collecting old surfboards to use as a canvas. I’ve now spread to a wider diversity, collecting materials that interest me and adding artwork within the appropriate subject.
I usually use a stippling technique with Posca pens, it’s very time consuming, but the detail is great. It’s also fairly unique, just like my style of artwork.

Share on FacebookFantastic work! I especially love the life ring. I have one that's been sitting around until I could think of something to do with it. Now I know! :-)
