Great novel, great movie.

Despite being a Tolkien fan since age 10 - about the time the book arrived in this country - I still enjoyed the movies. But I'm rereading it now, and the book has so much more depth and complexity.

I'm an easy man to please. Give me some Riders of Rohan, and I'm happy.

It was a good movie. It was certainly NOT a best picture over Shawshank Redemption or Pulp Fiction.

Ahh, Star Wars when it was good, not a mass marketed Disney atrocity.

VERY hard watch. I'm an exceptionally avid film buff and have only seen it twice... and one of those times was in Social Studies back in high school.

This is an amazing movie and is unfortunately too real. If you’ve had a family member in a psych ward in the 70’s or 80’s this speaks to you both funny and depressing. And a little still now. It’s still bad.
