Rare White Lion Cubs Born At Skopje Zoo (11 Pics)

The rare white lion cubs were born on March 7, this year. Mother Bella, who came to Skopje, North Macedonia, from Germany, is constantly with them and takes care of the lions.

Chaka’s father is from France. The employees say that this is one of the most beautiful things that happened in the Skopje Zoo and they constantly make sure that the mother and the little ones are safe and have all the conditions in the indoor habitat where they are currently under constant supervision.

Today, about 13 white lions reside in their natural habitats in South Africa. Estimates say there are less than 300 white lions held in captivity.
