Shortly before super typhoon Hagabis (2019) hit Tokyo, all the trains shut down and everyone was warned to get home early and safely before the brunt of the storm hit. The trains shut at around 4 pm, the city was silent by 6 pm, which is when I went out to take photos.
Shibuya is usually a hive of activity, shopping, eating, drinking and enjoying life. But not this night. I am a photographer living in Tokyo and was lucky enough to capture a rare empty Shibuya. I hope you enjoy them.

Living there and taking photos I'm jealous as f**k. Must be a pretty damn good camera to capture the lighting. I'm sure keeping it dry was a pain in the a*s as well as keeping the lens clear. These are all great shots!
