Remember the ridiculously photogenic gecko? Well, it has just met its match. Nyankichi, a male tabby from Kagoshima, Japan, and his human have been traveling around the country, taking beautiful pictures along the way. As the numerous photos by the owner suggest, Nyankichi is such a photogenic cat that he should be model on the catwalk.
Cute cat walking in front of an erupting volcano? Check. Enjoying the beach? Double-check. It seems that Nyankichi, who's probably the most beautiful cat today, is physically unable to have a bad photo taken of him, no matter the setting. His adventures have earned the now-famous cat over 123,000 Facebook followers and even appearances on the TV and in magazines. That's what we call Internet famous! Kitty is unable to have a bad photo taken of him? Let me take a photo then. Headline should read - Cat who’s owner is a professional photographer.

No doubt the cat is beautiful.. But I would give more credit to the photographer rather! Great shots..

Neuter him, please. There is an overpopulation throughout the world..... don't add to it.

Great photos, beautiful cat. I really enjoyed them. However I think most cats are pretty damn photogenic. (Especially mine)

I know from experience how difficult it is to take a shot of a cat ;) So I'd like to see all the failed attempts to get those single shots we received here.
