It's autumn and you know what it means! No, not Halloween this time - mushrooms!

If you're a die-hard mushroom picker or just someone sympathizing with this activity, show us your findings!

Cyclocybe aegerita, also called Agrocybe cylindracea, Agrocybe aegerita or Pholiota aegerita,[1] is a mushroom in the genus Cyclocybe which is commonly known as the poplar mushroom,[1] or velvet pioppini (Chinese: cha shu gu, 茶树菇, literally "Tea Tree Mushroom"[2]). In Japan, it is called Yanagi-matsutake (Japanese:柳松茸).[3] Thank you Google

That looks like a Calocera Viscosa (Stagshorn) which grows on wood, especially stumps, and has a rubbery texture (it's a jelly fungus). Ramaria tend to grow on the ground near beech and sometimes pine, often in fairy rings.

The info on whether the false Cantharellus in poisonous is inconclusive, some sources say it can give you food poisoning while in many areas of the world the mushroom is eaten after proper treatment (i.e soaking for 3 days and then boiling for 15 min once or twice). That being said, it's not worth it to try and as a general rule, please don't eat, pick up or touch with bare hands the mushrooms you can't positively identify as edible.
